因为我在人的权下，也有兵在我以下；对这个说‘去！’他就去；对那个说‘来！’他就来；对我的仆人说：‘你做这事！’他就去做。”

蓋予屬人權下、己亦帶有兵卒；命此去則去、召彼來則來、所諭於僕、罔有不從。』

For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say,‘ Go,’ and they go, or‘ Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves,‘ Do this,’ they do it.”

做僕人的，你們凡事要聽從按肉身做主人的；別單用眼見的服事、像只討人喜歡的，卻要用純誠的心而敬畏主。

你要勸做僕人的順服自己的主人，凡事可喜歡，不頂撞，

或者我使刀劍臨到那地，說：願刀劍經過那地，好使我將人和牲口都從那裏剪除掉；即使有這三人在那中間，主永恆主發神諭說；我指着永活的我來起誓，他們也必不能援救他們的兒女，只有他們自己能得救援。或者我打發瘟疫去流行那地，使我那叫人流血的烈怒傾倒在那上頭，好將人和牲口都從那裏剪除掉；即使有挪亞、但以理、約伯在那中間，主永恆主發神諭說，我指着永活的我來起誓，他們也必不能援救他們的兒女，乃只能因自己的義而援救自己的性命罷了。『何況我打發刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫這四樣嚴厲的判罰，去降給耶路撒冷，將人和牲口都從那裏剪除掉，豈不更加各自為救麼？主永恆主這麼說。

耶穌站在她旁邊，斥責熱病，熱病就離開她；她立時起來，服事他們。

耶穌醒起來，斥責那風，向海說：『不要作聲！噤默罷！』那風不狂吹，便大大平靜了。耶穌對他們說：『為甚麼這麼膽怯呢？怎麼沒有信心呢？』他們就大起了敬畏的心，直彼此說：『這個人到底是誰？連風和海也聽從他！』

火與冰雹，雪和煙氣，執行他的命令的狂風，

『你能向雲彩揚起聲來，使洶湧的水淹沒着你麼？你能打發閃電、叫它們走去，使它們對你說：「我們在這裏」麼？

做僕人的、你們要敬畏戰兢地、以心中的純誠、聽從按肉身做主人的，如同聽從基督一樣。不要單用眼見的服事像只討人喜歡的，乃要像基督的僕人、從心裏行上帝的旨意。

他吩咐一聲，狂風就起立，海中的波浪就揚起。他們上到天空，下到深淵底，他們的神魂都因危難而消失。他們搖搖晃晃，東倒西歪，好像醉酒的人；他們的技能都被吞沒於無用。於是他們在急難中喊求永恆主帶領他們脫出他們的窘迫；永恆主就使狂風低微下來，海的波浪就平靜無聲。

因為我是受派在權柄之下的人，也有兵在我以下。我對這個說「去」，他就去；對另一個說「來」，他就來；對我的僕人說，「你作這事」，他就去作。』

耶穌斥責他說：『不要作聲！從他身上出來！』鬼把他摔倒在眾人中間，就從他身上出來，沒有傷害他。眾人都驚訝，彼此談論說：『這是甚麼話呀？他用權柄和能力吩咐污靈，污靈竟出來了！』

照你的安排天地今日還存立着；因為萬物都是你的僕役。

哦，永恆主的刀劍哪，你到幾時才能安靜下來呢？你收入鞘，靜息不動吧！但永恆主既吩咐它攻擊亞實基倫和沿海一帶，主既已派定它在那裏，它怎能安靜下來呢？』
