因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下；對這個說『去！』他就去；對那個說『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說『你做這事！』他就去做。」

事實上，我也在人的權下，也有士兵在我之下。我對這個說『去』，他就去；對那個說『來』，他就來；對我的奴僕說『做這事』，他就去做。」

蓋我隸人權、有士卒隸我權、令此往則往、來則來、令僕行是則行是、

蓋我權屬人、兵權屬我、命去則去、命來則來、令僕行是、即行是、

蓋我屬人轄、亦有兵屬我轄、命此去則去、命彼來則來、令我僕行是則行是、

蓋予屬人權下、己亦帶有兵卒；命此去則去、召彼來則來、所諭於僕、罔有不從。』

For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I myself am a man under authority. And I have soldiers who obey my orders. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes. I tell that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my slave,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

For I too am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. And I say to one,‘ Go,’ and he goes, and to another,‘ Come,’ and he comes, and to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say,‘ Go,’ and they go, or‘ Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves,‘ Do this,’ they do it.”

For I too am a man under authority, having soldiers under my command. I say to this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and to another,‘ Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant,‘ Do this!’ and he does it.”

你們作僕人的，要凡事聽從你們肉身的主人，不要只在眼前事奉，像是討人喜歡的，總要存心誠實敬畏主。

勸僕人要順服自己的主人，凡事討他的喜歡，不可頂撞他，

或者我使刀劍臨到那地，說：刀劍哪，要經過那地，以致我將人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們連兒帶女都不能得救，只能自己得救。或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，使我滅命的忿怒傾在其上，好將人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們連兒帶女都不能救，只能因他們的義救自己的性命。」主耶和華如此說：「我將這四樣大災－就是刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，將人與牲畜從其中剪除，豈不更重嗎？

耶穌站在她旁邊，斥責那熱病，熱就退了。她立刻起來服事他們。

耶穌醒了，斥責風，向海說：「住了吧！靜了吧！」風就止住，大大地平靜了。耶穌對他們說：「為甚麼膽怯？你們還沒有信心嗎？」他們就大大地懼怕，彼此說：「這到底是誰，連風和海也聽從他了。」

火與冰雹，雪和霧氣，成就他命的狂風，

你能向雲彩揚起聲來，使傾盆的雨遮蓋你嗎？你能發出閃電，叫它行去，使它對你說：我們在這裏？

你們作僕人的，要懼怕戰兢，用誠實的心聽從你們肉身的主人，好像聽從基督一般。不要只在眼前事奉，像是討人喜歡的，要像基督的僕人，從心裏遵行神的旨意。

因他一吩咐，狂風就起來，海中的波浪也揚起。他們上到天空，下到海底；他們的心因患難便消化。他們搖搖晃晃，東倒西歪，好像醉酒的人；他們的智慧無法可施。於是，他們在苦難中哀求耶和華，他從他們的禍患中領出他們來。他使狂風止息，波浪就平靜。

因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下，對這個說：『去！』他就去；對那個說：『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說：『你做這事！』他就去做。」

耶穌責備他說：「不要作聲，從這人身上出來吧！」鬼把那人摔倒在眾人中間，就出來了，卻也沒有害他。眾人都驚訝，彼此對問說：「這是甚麼道理呢？因為他用權柄能力吩咐污鬼，污鬼就出來。」

天地照你的安排存到今日；萬物都是你的僕役。

耶和華的刀劍哪，你到幾時才止息呢？你要入鞘，安靖不動。耶和華既吩咐你攻擊亞實基倫和海邊之地，他已經派定你，焉能止息呢？
