耶穌曰：『去！』鬼出、逕入豕身；頃刻群豕闖下山崖投海而溺。

He said to them,“ Go!” So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.

Jesus said to them,“ Go!” So the demons came out of the men and went into the pigs. The whole herd rushed down the steep bank. They ran into the lake and drowned in the water.

And he said to them,“ Go.” So they came out and went into the pigs, and behold, the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned in the waters.

“ All right, go!” Jesus commanded them. So the demons came out of the men and entered the pigs, and the whole herd plunged down the steep hillside into the lake and drowned in the water.

“ Go!” he told them. So when they had come out, they entered the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and perished in the water.

And He said to them,“ Go!” And they came out and went into the pigs; and behold, the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned in the waters.

And He said to them,“ Go.” So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and perished in the water.

And he said unto them, Go. And they came out, and went into the swine: and behold, the whole herd rushed down the steep into the sea, and perished in the waters.

“ Go!” He told them. So when they had come out, they entered the pigs. And suddenly the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and perished in the water.

And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

And he said,“ Go!” So they came out and went into the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep slope into the lake and drowned in the water.

He said to them,“ Go!” They came out, and went into the herd of pigs: and behold, the whole herd of pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea, and died in the water.

耶穌允許了，污鬼就離開那人，進入豬群。那群豬就一路奔下陡坡，衝進湖裡淹死了，約有兩千頭。

然而他們所做的只不過是你憑自己的能力和旨意所預定的。

耶和華問他用什麼方法，他說，『我要做謊言之靈，進入他眾先知的口中。』耶和華說，『你必能成功，就這樣做吧。』

上帝照著自己的計劃和預知把耶穌交在你們手裡，你們藉著邪惡之人的手把祂釘死在十字架上了。

於是那群鬼便離開那人，進入豬群。那群豬就一路奔下陡坡，衝進湖裡淹死了。

耶和華問道：「你注意到我的僕人約伯了嗎？世上沒有人像他那樣純全正直，敬畏我，遠離罪惡。雖然你鼓動我無緣無故地攻擊他、毀滅他，他仍然持守自己的純正。」撒旦回答說：「人會以皮換皮，為了保全生命，情願捨棄一切。倘若你伸手傷害他的骨和肉，他必當面褻瀆你。」耶和華說：「好吧，他在你手中，但要留他一命。」於是，撒旦從耶和華面前退去，開始加害約伯，使他從頭到腳長毒瘡。約伯坐在爐灰中，拿瓦片刮身體。

那一千年過後，撒旦會從被監禁的地方得到釋放。

你豈不是像籬笆一樣四面保護他及其全家和一切產業嗎？你使他事事蒙福，牛羊遍地。倘若你伸手毀壞他擁有的一切，他必當面褻瀆你。」耶和華對撒旦說：「好吧，他的一切都在你手中，但不可傷害他。」撒旦便從耶和華面前退去。有一天，約伯的兒女正在長兄家吃喝，有報信的人來對約伯說：「牛正在耕田、驢正在旁邊吃草的時候，示巴人忽然來襲，搶走了牲口，用刀殺了你的僕人，只有我一人逃脫來向你報信。」話音未落，又有人來報信說：「上帝的火從天而降，燒死了羊群和牧人，只有我一人逃脫來向你報信。」話音未落，又有人來報信說：「迦勒底人分三隊來襲，搶走了駱駝，用刀殺了你的僕人，只有我一人逃脫來向你報信。」話音未落，又有人來報信說：「你的兒女正在長兄家吃喝的時候，忽然從曠野颳來一陣狂風，摧毀了房子四角，房子倒塌，壓死了屋裡所有的人，只有我一人逃脫來向你報信。」
