Another of the disciples said to him,“ Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

又有一个门徒对耶稣说：“主啊，容我先回去埋葬我的父亲。”

又有一个门徒对耶稣说：“主啊，容许我先回去埋葬我的父亲。”

另一个门徒对耶稣说：“主啊，请让我先回去安葬我的父亲。”

另一个门徒对他说：“主啊！请准我先回去安葬我的父亲吧。”

耶稣的另一个门徒对他说：“主啊，请准许我先去埋葬我的父亲。”

又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容我先回去埋葬我的父親。」

又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容許我先回去埋葬我的父親。」

又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容許我先回去埋葬我的父親。」

門徒中另有一個人對耶穌說：『主啊，准我先去埋葬我的父親。』

耶穌的另一個門徒對他說：「主啊，請准許我先去埋葬我的父親。」

又一門徒謂耶穌曰、容我先往葬父、

復有一徒請曰：『主、容我先往葬父。』

Another disciple said to him,“ Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

Another follower said to him,“ Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

Another of the disciples said to him,“ Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

Another of his disciples said,“ Lord, first let me return home and bury my father.”

“ Lord,” another of his disciples said,“ first let me go bury my father.”

And another of the disciples said to Him,“ Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father.”

Then another of His disciples said to Him,“ Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

And another of the disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

“ Lord,” another of His disciples said,“ first let me go bury my father.”

And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

Another of his disciples said to him,“ Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father.”

Jesus said to another,“ Follow me.” But he replied,“ Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”But Jesus said to him,“ Let the dead bury their own dead, but as for you, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”Yet another said,“ I will follow you, Lord, but first let me say goodbye to my family.”Jesus said to him,“ No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.”

“‘ All the days that he separates himself to the LORD he must not contact a dead body.He must not defile himself even for his father or his mother or his brother or his sister if they die, because the separation for his God is on his head.

He must not go where there is any dead person; he must not defile himself even for his father and his mother.He must not go out from the sanctuary and must not profane the sanctuary of his God, because the dedication of the anointing oil of his God is on him. I am the LORD.

And whoever has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.

The LORD who rules over all says this:“ These people have said,‘ The time for rebuilding the LORD’s temple has not yet come.’”

He said to his father and mother,“ I have not seen him,” and he did not acknowledge his own brothers or know his own children, for they kept your word, and guarded your covenant.They will teach Jacob your ordinances and Israel your law; they will offer incense as a pleasant odor, and a whole offering on your altar.

He left the oxen, ran after Elijah, and said,“ Please let me kiss my father and mother goodbye, then I will follow you.” Elijah said to him,“ Go back! Indeed, what have I done to you?”Elisha went back and took his pair of oxen and slaughtered them. He cooked the meat over a fire that he made by burning the harness and yoke. He gave the people meat and they ate. Then he got up and followed Elijah and became his assistant.

So then from now on we acknowledge no one from an outward human point of view. Even though we have known Christ from such a human point of view, now we do not know him in that way any longer.
