凡聽了我這些話而不去做的，好比一個無知的人把房子蓋在沙土上。

凡聞我言而不行者、譬諸愚人、建屋沙上、

聞吾言而不行者、譬彼愚人、建屋沙上、

凡聞我此言而不行者、譬之愚人、建屋於沙上、

聞而不行、則猶無知者建屋於沙礫之上、

愚蠢的人啊，你们不知道没有行为的信心是死的吗？

但听了我的话却不遵行的人，好比一个人没有打根基，便将房子盖在地面上，洪水一冲，房子立刻倒塌，完全毁坏了。”

智者必蒙羞辱，受惊吓，被捉拿。看啊，他们既弃掉耶和华的话，哪里还有智慧可言呢？

“所以，以色列的上帝耶和华宣告说，‘我曾经应许让你们家族永远做我的祭司。’但现在耶和华宣布，‘这绝不可能了。尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐视我的，必遭藐视。

智慧的女子建立家园，愚昧的女子亲手拆毁。
