“ Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:

『所以凡聽我這些話而實行的，好比一個精明的人，把他的房子建造在磐石上。

「因此，凡是聽了我這些話而實行的人，就好比一個聰明的人把自己的房子建在磐石上。

凡聞我言而行之者、譬諸智人、建屋磐上、

聞吾言而行之者、譬彼智人、建屋磐上、

故凡聞我此言而行之者、我譬之智人、建屋於磐上、

是以聞道而能篤實履踐者、譬諸有識者建屋於磐石之上、

“ Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“ So then, everyone who hears my words and puts them into practice is like a wise man. He builds his house on the rock.

“ Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“ Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock.

“ Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“ Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts on them, will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

Every one therefore that heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, shall be likened unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock:

“ Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on the rock.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

“ Everyone who hears these words of mine and does them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“ Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock.

Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”

If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

But He said,“ More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it.For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.But someone will say,“ You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe— and tremble!But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?And the Scripture was fulfilled which says,“ Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God.You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way?For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.

“ If you love Me, keep My commandments.

You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

The wise in heart will receive commands, But a prating fool will fall.

Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror;for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless.Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

“ Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal;but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”

Judas( not Iscariot) said to Him,“ Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?”Jesus answered and said to him,“ If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

And to man He said,‘ Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, And to depart from evil is understanding.’”

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.

The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world— our faith.Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way, But the folly of fools is deceit.

“ Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

“ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

“ Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?

But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.“ Furthermore it has been said,‘ Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery.

who“ will render to each one according to his deeds”:eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness— indignation and wrath,tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek;

I have more understanding than all my teachers, For Your testimonies are my meditation.

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

“ For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
