I am not asking you to take them out of the world, but that you keep them safe from the evil one.

The LORD rules forever! The nations are driven out of his land.

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus our deliverer from the coming wrath.

Jabez called out to the God of Israel,“ If only you would greatly bless me and expand my territory! May your hand be with me! Keep me from harm so I might not endure pain!” God answered his prayer.

The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed: to destroy the works of the devil.

who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age according to the will of our God and Father,

O LORD, you are great, mighty, majestic, magnificent, glorious, and sovereign over all the sky and earth! You have dominion and exalt yourself as the ruler of all.

Remember the whole way by which he has brought you these forty years through the desert so that he might, by humbling you, test you to see if you have it within you to keep his commandments or not.

Be sober and alert. Your enemy the devil, like a roaring lion, is on the prowl looking for someone to devour.

Remove falsehood and lies far from me; do not give me poverty or riches, feed me with my allotted portion of bread,

fed you in the desert with manna( which your ancestors had never before known) so that he might by humbling you test you and eventually bring good to you.

teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

The LORD will reign forever and ever!

The LORD God of Israel deserves praise in the future and forevermore! We agree! We agree!

Because you have kept my admonition to endure steadfastly, I will also keep you from the hour of testing that is about to come on the whole world to test those who live on the earth.

even because of the extraordinary character of the revelations. Therefore, so that I would not become arrogant, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to trouble me– so that I would not become arrogant.I asked the Lord three times about this, that it would depart from me.But he said to me,“ My grace is enough for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may reside in me.

The holy ones of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will take possession of the kingdom forever and ever.’

The LORD will protect you from all harm; he will protect your life.The LORD will protect you in all you do, now and forevermore.

For the sovereign LORD is awe-inspiring; he is the great king who rules the whole earth!

Benaiah son of Jehoiada responded to the king:“ So be it! May the LORD God of my master the king confirm it!

and this water that causes the curse will go into your stomach, and make your abdomen swell and your thigh rot.” Then the woman must say,“ Amen, amen.”

All he has made will give thanks to the LORD. Your loyal followers will praise you.They will proclaim the splendor of your kingdom; they will tell about your power,so that mankind might acknowledge your mighty acts, and the majestic splendor of your kingdom.Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations.

But at the end of the appointed time I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up toward heaven, and my sanity returned to me. I extolled the Most High, and I praised and glorified the one who lives forever. For his authority is an everlasting authority, and his kingdom extends from one generation to the next.All the inhabitants of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he wishes with the army of heaven and with those who inhabit the earth. No one slaps his hand and says to him,‘ What have you done?’

And others experienced mocking and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment.

Let your word be‘ Yes, yes’ or‘ No, no.’ More than this is from the evil one.

Now to the eternal king, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever! Amen.

The twenty- four elders and the four living creatures threw themselves to the ground and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne, saying:“ Amen! Hallelujah!”

“ To the angel of the church in Laodicea write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the originator of God’s creation:

– whose appearing the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, will reveal at the right time.He alone possesses immortality and lives in unapproachable light, whom no human has ever seen or is able to see. To him be honor and eternal power! Amen.Command those who are rich in this world’s goods not to be haughty or to set their hope on riches, which are uncertain, but on God who richly provides us with all things for our enjoyment.

Do not be afraid of the things you are about to suffer. The devil is about to have some of you thrown into prison so you may be tested, and you will experience suffering for ten days. Remain faithful even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown that is life itself.

The LORD God of Israel deserves praise, in the future and forevermore. Let all the people say,“ We agree! Praise the LORD!”

You will be driven from human society, and you will live with the wild animals. You will be fed grass like oxen, and you will become damp with the dew of the sky. Seven periods of time will pass by for you, before you understand that the Most High is ruler over human kingdoms and gives them to whomever he wishes.

The prophet Jeremiah said,“ Amen! May the LORD do all this! May the LORD make your prophecy come true! May he bring back to this place from Babylon all the valuable articles taken from the LORD’s temple and the people who were carried into exile.

The LORD deserves praise forevermore! We agree! We agree!

Otherwise, if you are praising God with your spirit, how can someone without the gift say“ Amen” to your thanksgiving, since he does not know what you are saying?
