你们若单请你弟兄的安，比人有什么长处呢？就是外邦人不也是这样行吗？

若爾僅問爾兄弟安、有何過於他人耶、異邦人有原文古抄本作稅吏不亦如是行乎、

若僅向兄弟致敬、何多之有、即異邦人亦類能行之。

And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?

And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the Gentiles the same?

你们若单爱那爱你们的人，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也爱那爱他们的人。

我告诉你们，你们的义若不胜于文士和法利赛人的义，断不能进天国。”

你们若因犯罪受责打，能忍耐，有什么可夸的呢？但你们若因行善受苦，能忍耐，这在神看是可喜爱的。

进他家里去，要请他的安。

不要带钱囊，不要带口袋，不要带鞋；在路上也不要问人的安。无论进哪一家，先要说：‘愿这一家平安。’
