For I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never get into the kingdom of heaven.

For what credit is there if when you do wrong and are beaten, you endure it? But when you do what is good and suffer, if you endure it, this brings favor with God.

Greet a household when you enter it,

Don’t carry a money-bag, traveling bag, or sandals; don’t greet anyone along the road.Whatever house you enter, first say,‘ Peace to this household.’
