然後他除了彼得、雅各和雅各的弟弟約翰以外，不准別的人跟著。

那時，西庇太兒子的母親帶著她的兩個兒子上前來拜耶穌，向他求一件事。耶穌問她：「你要什麼呢？」她說：「請准許我這兩個兒子，在你的國裡，一個坐在你的右邊，一個坐在你的左邊。」

用刀殺了約翰的哥哥雅各。
