But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said,“ Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!”For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken,and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners. Then Jesus said to Simon,“ Don’t be afraid; from now on you will fish for people.”So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him. (niv)

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. (niv)

and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, and Mary was the mother of Jesus who is called the Messiah.Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Messiah.This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. Its western border was the Jordan in the Arabah, from Kinnereth to the Sea of the Arabah( that is, the Dead Sea), below the slopes of Pisgah. (niv)

The boundary will go down from Shepham to Riblah on the east side of Ain and continue along the slopes east of the Sea of Galilee. (niv)

Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples, by the Sea of Galilee. It happened this way: (niv)
