让两样一起长吧，直到收割的季节。在收割的时候，我要吩咐收割的人先把稗子拔掉，把它们绑成一捆一捆的好去烧掉，然后把麦子收进我的仓库里。’”

你必簸扬它们，风就把它们吹去，狂风使它们四散；但你必因耶和华而快乐，因以色列的圣者而夸耀。

恶人却不是这样，而像糠秕，被风吹散。

人子要差派他的天使们，从他的国度里挑出来所有绊脚的和作恶的，

不过他来的日子，谁能承受得起呢？他显现的时候，谁能站立得住呢？因为他像炼金之人的火，又像漂布之人的碱。他必安坐像熬炼、洁净银子之人，洁净利未的子孙，精炼他们像精炼金银那样；他们就必藉着公义向耶和华献供物。

耕地的牛和驴将吃调过味的饲料，是用铲和叉扬净的。

“他们会出去看那些悖逆我之人的尸体。要知道，吃那些人的虫是不死的，烧那些人的火是不灭的；那些人必被一切有血肉的所憎恶。”

因此，火舌怎样吞噬麦秸，干草怎样倒在火焰中，照样，他们的根也必像腐朽之物，他们的花必像尘土飞散；因为他们厌弃万军之耶和华的训诲，藐视以色列圣者的言语。

所有属于我而不结果子的枝条，他就除掉；而所有结果子的，他就修剪干净，好让它结出更多的果子。

愿他们如同风前的糠秕，有耶和华的使者驱赶他们。

如果你的一只手使你绊倒，就把它砍掉！对你来说，缺一只手进入永生，要比双手齐全下地狱，到那永不熄灭的火里好多了。

万族喧哗虽像大水的喧嚷，但神必斥责他们，他们就远远逃跑；他们被追赶，如山上风前的糠秕，又如旋风前的尘土。

有权势的必成为麻絮，他的作为必成为火花；二者共燃，无人扑灭。

那时，义人会在他们父的国度里像太阳一样发光。凡是有耳的，就应当听！

在这世代的终结也将是这样。天使们要出去，把恶人从义人中分别出来，丢进火炉里。在那里将有哀哭和切齿。”
