Suddenly Jesus met them.“ Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him.

Whom are you seeking?” Thinking that He was the gardener, she* said to Him,“ Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you put Him, and I will take Him away.”Jesus* said to her,“ Mary!” She turned and* said to Him in Hebrew,“ Rabboni!”( which means, Teacher).Jesus* said to her,“ Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brothers and say to them,‘ I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’ ”

And those who were in the boat worshiped Him, saying,“ You are truly God’s Son!”

And when they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful.

Thomas answered and said to Him,“ My Lord and my God!”

And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

[[ Now after He had risen early on the first day of the week, He first appeared to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons.She went and reported to those who had been with Him, while they were mourning and weeping.

Mary then took a pound of very expensive perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then I looked, and I heard the voices of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands,saying with a loud voice,“ Worthy is the Lamb that was slaughtered to receive power, wealth, wisdom, might, honor, glory, and blessing.”And I heard every created thing which is in heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, or on the sea, and all the things in them, saying,“ To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion forever and ever.”And the four living creatures were saying,“ Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped.

Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie— I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and make them know that I have loved you.

Now when it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were together due to fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst, and* said to them,“ Peace be to you.”

And coming in, he said to her,“ Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you.”

and standing behind Him at His feet, weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears, and she wiped them with the hair of her head, and began kissing His feet and anointing them with the perfume.

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice, mend your ways, be comforted, be like minded, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.

The watchmen who make the rounds in the city found me, And I said,‘ Have you seen him whom my soul loves?’Hardly had I left them When I found him whom my soul loves; I held on to him and would not let him go Until I had brought him to my mother’s house, And into the room of her who conceived me.”

You meet him who rejoices in doing righteousness, Who remembers You in Your ways. Behold, You were angry, for we sinned, We continued in our sins for a long time; Yet shall we be saved?
