Beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, Was vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Proclaimed among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory.

And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.Also the tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection, they entered the holy city and appeared to many.

Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene* came early to the tomb, while it was still dark, and* saw the stone already removed from the tomb.

And the temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple, and there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.
