Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.

Then Jesus said to them,“ Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate[ to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and[ to] my God, and your God.

And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.

But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.

And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid.

And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace[ be] unto you.But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?

Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did[ it] not to one of the least of these, ye did[ it] not to me.

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done[ it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done[ it] unto me.

For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified[ are] all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.For verily he took not on[ him the nature of] angels; but he took on[ him] the seed of Abraham.Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto[ his] brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things[ pertaining] to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

The LORD[ is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.He will not always chide: neither will he keep[ his anger] for ever.He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.For as the heaven is high above the earth,[ so] great is his mercy toward them that fear him.As far as the east is from the west,[ so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.Like as a father pitieth[ his] children,[ so] the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

And they put away the strange gods from among them, and served the LORD: and his soul was grieved for the misery of Israel.
