告诉使徒们这些事的，是茉大拉的玛丽亚、约亚娜、雅各的母亲玛丽亚，还有其余和她们在一起的妇女。

茉大拉的玛丽亚就去告诉门徒们：“我看到主了！”她又把耶稣对她说的这些话告诉他们。

这不就是那木匠的儿子吗？他的母亲不是叫玛丽亚吗？他的弟弟们不是雅各、约西、西门和犹大吗？

那时，西庇太儿子的母亲带着她的两个儿子上前来拜耶稣，向他求一件事。耶稣问她：“你要什么呢？”她说：“请准许我这两个儿子，在你的国里，一个坐在你的右边，一个坐在你的左边。”

还有一些妇女从远处观看，其中有茉大拉的玛丽亚、小雅各和约西的母亲玛丽亚，以及莎罗美。她们就是耶稣在加利利的时候，跟随他并服事他的人；还有许多别的跟耶稣一同上耶路撒冷的妇女。
