并且要把他交给外邦人去戏弄、鞭打、钉上十字架；然后在第三天，他要复活。”

他被藐视、遭人厌弃，是个受痛苦、知忧患的人；他像一个被人掩面不看的人，他被藐视，连我们也不尊重他。

然后开始向他致敬说：“万岁，犹太人的王！”

士兵们用荆棘编了冠冕，戴在耶稣的头上，又给他披上紫色袍子。他们不断地来到他面前说：“万岁，犹太人的王！”又不住地用手掌打他。

我所受的辱骂、耻辱和羞愧，你都知道；我所有的敌人，都在你面前。辱骂使我心灵破碎，我就绝望。我等候有人同情，却得不到；我等候有人安慰，却找不到。

犹大立刻上前来对耶稣说：“拉比，愿你欢喜！”然后亲吻了他。

仰望信仰的创始者和成终者耶稣。他为了那摆在他前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架，如今坐在神宝座的右边。其实，你们应当仔细地思想耶稣如何忍受了罪人的顶撞，这样你们心里就不会因丧气而疲倦。

又在他的头上方，安了他的罪状牌，上面写道：“这是耶稣，犹太人的王。”

士兵们也上前来戏弄他，给他献上酸酒，说：“你如果是犹太人的王，救救你自己吧！”

以色列的救赎主，以色列的圣者耶和华，对那被人藐视、被本国憎恶、被管辖者奴役的，如此说：“君王们看见了就起立，首领们看见了就下拜；这都是因着耶和华——他是信实的，是以色列的圣者，是拣选你的那一位。”

因为我为你的缘故承担辱骂，羞愧遮盖了我的脸。

但我跌倒的时候，他们却欢喜聚集；我不认识的卑贱人聚集攻击我，不停地撕扯我；他们像宴席上狂妄的讥笑者，向我咬牙切齿。
