One who becomes stiff-necked, after many reprimands will be shattered instantly— beyond recovery.

When the centurion saw what happened, he began to glorify God, saying,“ This man really was righteous!”

When Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus outside. He sat down on the judge’s seat in a place called the Stone Pavement( but in Aramaic, Gabbatha).

He did not commit sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth;

After his anguish, he will see light and be satisfied. By his knowledge, my righteous servant will justify many, and he will carry their iniquities.

I could do you great harm, but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Watch yourself! Don’t say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night and said to him,“ You are about to die because of the woman you have taken, for she is a married woman.”Now Abimelech had not approached her, so he said,“ Lord, would you destroy a nation even though it is innocent?Didn’t he himself say to me,‘ She is my sister’? And being warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their own country by another route.After they were gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying,“ Get up! Take the child and his mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. For Herod is about to search for the child to kill him.”

But when he heard that Archelaus was ruling over Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. And being warned in a dream, he withdrew to the region of Galilee.

But after he had considered these things, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying,“ Joseph, son of David, don’t be afraid to take Mary as your wife, because what has been conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

We are punished justly, because we’re getting back what we deserve for the things we did, but this man has done nothing wrong.”

After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,

But God came to Laban the Aramean in a dream at night.“ Watch yourself!” God warned him.“ Don’t say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.”

“ I have sinned by betraying innocent blood,” he said.“ What’s that to us?” they said.“ See to it yourself!”

Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout in triumph, Daughter Jerusalem! Look, your King is coming to you; he is righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

he said:“ Listen to what I say: If there is a prophet among you from the LORD, I make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream.

My little children, I am writing you these things so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father— Jesus Christ the righteous one.
