大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“你什么都不回答吗？这些人作见证告你的是什么呢？”

大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“这些人作证告你的事，你什么都不回答吗？”

大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“这些人作证告你的事，你什么都不回答吗？”

大祭司站起来质问耶稣：“你不回答吗？这些人作证控告你的是什么呢？”

大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“你为什么不回答？这些人作证，控告你的是什么呢？”

于是大祭司就站起来，问耶稣：“对这些人控告你的事，你什么都不回应吗？”

大祭司就站起來，對耶穌說：「你甚麼都不回答嗎？這些人作見證告你的是甚麼呢？」

大祭司就站起來，對耶穌說：「這些人作證告你的事，你甚麼都不回答嗎？」

大祭司就站起來，對耶穌說：「這些人作證告你的事，你甚麼都不回答嗎？」

大祭司站起來質問耶穌：「你不回答嗎？這些人作證控告你的是什麼呢？」

大祭司就站起來，對耶穌說：“你為甚麼不回答？這些人作證，控告你的是甚麼呢？”

大祭司就站起來，對耶穌說：『你甚麼都不回答；這些人作見證告你甚麼呢？』

於是大祭司就站起來，問耶穌：「對這些人控告你的事，你什麼都不回應嗎？」

大祭司起、問耶穌曰、爾無所答乎、斯人所證者何耶、

祭司長起、問耶穌曰、爾無所答乎、此人證者何歟、

大祭司起、問耶穌曰、此人作證訟爾、爾無所答乎、

於是大司祭起謂耶穌曰：『爾聞若輩之證言矣、竟無一言以答耶？』

Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus,“ Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?”

Then the high priest stood up. He asked Jesus,“ Aren’t you going to answer? What are these charges that these men are bringing against you?”

And the high priest stood up and said,“ Have you no answer to make? What is it that these men testify against you?”

Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus,“ Well, aren’t you going to answer these charges? What do you have to say for yourself?”

The high priest stood up and said to him,“ Don’t you have an answer to what these men are testifying against you?”

The high priest stood up and said to Him,“ Do You offer no answer for what these men are testifying against You?”

And the high priest arose and said to Him,“ Do You answer nothing? What is it these men testify against You?”

And the high priest stood up, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?

The high priest then stood up and said to Him,“ Don’t You have an answer to what these men are testifying against You?”

And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what[ is it which] these witness against thee?

So the high priest stood up and said to him,“ Have you no answer? What is this that they are testifying against you?”

The high priest stood up, and said to him,“ Have you no answer? What is this that these testify against you?”

and he went back inside the palace.“ Where do you come from?” he asked Jesus, but Jesus gave him no answer.“ Do you refuse to speak to me?” Pilate said.“ Don’t you realize I have power either to free you or to crucify you?”Jesus answered,“ You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.” (niv)

Then the high priest stood up before them and asked Jesus,“ Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?” (niv)

He plied him with many questions, but Jesus gave him no answer. (niv)

Meanwhile, the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.“ I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied.“ I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret.Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.”When Jesus said this, one of the officials nearby slapped him in the face.“ Is this the way you answer the high priest?” he demanded.“ If I said something wrong,” Jesus replied,“ testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike me?”Then Annas sent him bound to Caiaphas the high priest. (niv)

When he was accused by the chief priests and the elders, he gave no answer.Then Pilate asked him,“ Don’t you hear the testimony they are bringing against you?”But Jesus made no reply, not even to a single charge— to the great amazement of the governor. (niv)
