Don’t deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen up against me, such as breathe out cruelty.

Unrighteous witnesses rise up. They ask me about things that I don’t know about.

having a good conscience. Thus, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good way of life in Christ.

Then the presidents and the local governors sought to find occasion against Daniel as touching the kingdom; but they could find no occasion or fault, because he was faithful. There wasn’t any error or fault found in him.Then these men said,“ We won’t find any occasion against this Daniel, unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.”

Some stood up, and gave false testimony against him, saying,“ We heard him say,‘ I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another made without hands.’”Even so, their testimony didn’t agree.
