Then Jesus said to them,“ Tonight all of you will fall away because of me, for it is written: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.

那時，耶穌對他們說：「今天晚上，你們都將因我被絆倒，因為經上記著：『我將擊打牧人，群羊就被分散。』

耶穌謂其徒曰、此夜爾皆將棄我、記有之、我擊牧者、而羊散矣、

時耶穌謂門徒曰、今夜、爾眾皆將為我而躓蹶、蓋經載云、我將擊牧者、而群羊俱散、

時耶穌謂徒曰：『今夕爾等皆將因予而不能自持矣。經不云乎：「予擊牧者、群羊四散。」

Then Jesus told them,“ This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written:“‘ I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’

On the way, Jesus told them,“ Tonight all of you will desert me. For the Scriptures say,‘ God will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’

Then Jesus* said to them,“ You will all fall away because of Me this night, for it is written:‘ I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’

Then Jesus said to them,“ All of you will be made to stumble because of Me this night, for it is written:‘ I will strike the Shepherd, And the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’

Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended in me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

Then Jesus said to them,“ Tonight all of you will run away because of Me, for it is written: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.

Sword, awake against my shepherd, against the man who is my associate— this is the declaration of the LORD of Armies. Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; I will turn my hand against the little ones.

Indeed, an hour is coming, and has come, when each of you will be scattered to his own home, and you will leave me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

Then Jesus said to them,“ All of you will fall away, because it is written: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.”

They were scattered for lack of a shepherd; they became food for all the wild animals when they were scattered.My flock went astray on all the mountains and every high hill. My flock was scattered over the whole face of the earth, and there was no one searching or seeking for them.

“ Then they will hand you over to be persecuted, and they will kill you. You will be hated by all nations because of my name.Then many will fall away, betray one another, and hate one another.

Insults have broken my heart, and I am in despair. I waited for sympathy, but there was none; for comforters, but found no one.

My loved ones and friends stand back from my affliction, and my relatives stand at a distance.

and blessed is the one who isn’t offended by me.”

You have distanced loved one and neighbor from me; darkness is my only friend.

“ Simon, Simon, look out. Satan has asked to sift you like wheat.But I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And you, when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”

My brothers are as treacherous as a wadi, as seasonal streams that overflowand become darkened because of ice, and the snow melts into them.The wadis evaporate in warm weather; they disappear from their channels in hot weather.Caravans turn away from their routes, go up into the desert, and perish.The caravans of Tema look for these streams. The traveling merchants of Sheba hope for them.They are ashamed because they had been confident of finding water. When they arrive there, they are disappointed.So this is what you have now become to me. When you see something dreadful, you are afraid.Have I ever said,“ Give me something” or“ Pay a bribe for me from your wealth”

I called to my lovers, but they betrayed me. My priests and elders perished in the city while searching for food to keep themselves alive.

Yet the LORD was pleased to crush him severely. When you make him a guilt offering, he will see his seed, he will prolong his days, and by his hand, the LORD’s pleasure will be accomplished.

But all this has happened so that the writings of the prophets would be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and ran away.

He has removed my brothers from me; my acquaintances have abandoned me.My relatives stop coming by, and my close friends have forgotten me.My house guests and female servants regard me as a stranger; I am a foreigner in their sight.I call for my servant, but he does not answer, even if I beg him with my own mouth.
