And while they were eating, he said,“ Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me.”

While they were eating, he said,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. One of you will hand me over to my enemies.”

While they were eating, he said,“ I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me.”

While they were eating, he said,“ Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me.”

And as they were eating, He said,“ Truly I say to you that one of you will betray Me.”

Now as they were eating, He said,“ Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me.”

and as they were eating, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

While they were eating, He said,“ I assure you: One of you will betray Me.”

And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

And while they were eating he said,“ I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me.”

As they were eating, he said,“ Most certainly I tell you that one of you will betray me.”

After saying these things, Jesus was troubled in his spirit, and testified,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, one of you will betray me.”

For it is not an enemy who taunts me— then I could bear it; it is not an adversary who deals insolently with me— then I could hide from him.But it is you, a man, my equal, my companion, my familiar friend.We used to take sweet counsel together; within God’s house we walked in the throng.

And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you according to your works.

Jesus answered them,“ Did I not choose you, the Twelve? And yet one of you is a devil.”He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the Twelve, was going to betray him.

But behold, the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table.For the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom he is betrayed!”And they began to question one another, which of them it could be who was going to do this.

Then one of the twelve, whose name was Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priestsand said,“ What will you give me if I deliver him over to you?” And they paid him thirty pieces of silver.And from that moment he sought an opportunity to betray him.

“ You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of Man will be delivered up to be crucified.”
