除酵節日到了；在這一天須宰逾越節的羔羊；耶穌就差遣彼得約翰說：『你們去給我們豫備逾越節的筵席、讓我們喫吧。』他們問他說：『你願意我們在哪裏豫備呢？』耶穌對他們說：『注意吧，你們進城時候，就有一個人提着一瓶水會迎面碰見你們；你們要跟着他，到他所走進的房子去；對那家的主人說：「老師對你說，我同我門徒可以喫逾越節筵席的客廳在哪裏？」那人就會指給你們看樓上一間大屋子，是擺設好的；你們就在那裏豫備吧。』他們就去，所遇見的正如耶穌對他們所說的；就豫備了逾越節的筵席。

除酵節的頭一天、人宰逾越節羔羊的時候、門徒對耶穌說：『你願意我們往哪裏去豫備、讓你喫逾越節的筵席呢？』耶穌就差遣他門徒中兩個人，對他們說：『你們往城裏去，就有一個人提着一瓶水會迎面遇見你們。你們要跟着他；無論他進哪裏去，你們要對那家主說：「老師說，我的客廳、我同我門徒可以喫逾越節筵席的地方、在哪裏？」他就會指給你們看樓上一間大屋子，是擺設好了又齊備的；你們就在那裏給我們豫備吧。』門徒出去，進了城，所遇見的正如耶穌對他們所說的；就豫備了逾越節的筵席。

要留到本月十四日；傍晚時分，以色列會眾全體大眾要把羊羔宰了。

門徒就照耶穌所吩咐他們的去作，豫備了逾越節的筵席。

他們到了迦伯農，收殿稅的人上來見彼得，說：『你們的先生不納殿稅麼？』彼得說：『納呀。』他進了屋子，耶穌卻先問他說：『西門，你以為怎樣？地上的君王從誰收稅銀或丁稅呢？從自己的子民呢？還是從外人呀？』

『正月十四日、是向永恆主守的逾越節。這月十五日是節期；要喫無酵餅七天。

你要守亞筆月，向永恆主你的上帝舉行逾越節，因為永恆主你的上帝領你們出埃及、是在亞筆月夜裏。你要在永恆主所要選擇做他名之居所的地方、將羊和牛做逾越祭牲、宰獻與永恆主你的上帝。不可將有酵餅連祭肉一齊喫；七天之內要將無酵餅、就是困苦餅、連祭肉一齊喫——因為你出埃及地、是慌慌張張出來的——好使你一生的日子都能記念你從埃及地出來的日子。你全境內、七天都不可見有酵在你那裏：頭一天晚上你所宰獻的肉、一點也不可留過夜到早晨。

正月十四日傍晚時分、是向永恆主守的逾越節。這月十五日、是向永恆主守的無酵節期；你們要喫無酵餅七天。

耶穌回答他說：『你且容許着吧；因為我們這樣行盡全禮是理所當然的。』於是約翰許了他。

你要喫無酵餅七天；第七天、舉行向永恆主守的節。這七天之中、要喫無酵餅；在你四境內、不可見有發過酵之物在你那裏，也不可見有酵在你那裏。當那一天，你要告訴你的兒子說：「這是因為永恆主在我出埃及的時候為我行的事。」
