On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked,“ Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?”

Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying,“ Where will you have us prepare for you to eat the Passover?”

從一月十四日晚上開始，直到二十一日晚上，你們都要吃無酵餅。在這七天內，你們屋裡不能有酵。任何人若吃了有酵的東西，不論他是寄居者還是本地人，要將他從以色列會眾中剷除。無論你們住在哪裡都要吃無酵餅，不能吃有酵的食物。」

除酵節到了，那天要宰殺逾越羊羔。耶穌差派彼得和約翰出去，說：「你們為我們準備逾越節吃的晚餐。」他們問：「你要我們到哪裡去預備呢？」耶穌回答說：「你們進城的時候，一個男子會扛著一瓶水迎面走來，你們要跟著他，他進哪所房子，你們也進去，對房子的主人說，『老師問你客房在哪裡，祂要和門徒在裡面吃逾越節的晚餐。』那主人會帶你們到樓上一間佈置整齊的大房間，你們就在那裡預備吧。」他們進了城，所遇見的果然和耶穌所說的一樣。他們便在那裡預備逾越節的晚餐。

除酵節的第一天，就是宰殺逾越節羔羊的那天，門徒問耶穌：「我們該到什麼地方為你準備逾越節的晚餐呢？」耶穌就派了兩個門徒，並囑咐他們：「你們進城會看到一個人帶著一瓶水迎面而來，你們就跟著他。他進哪一家，你們也跟著進去，對那家的主人說，『我們的老師問你，祂的客房在哪裡，祂要和門徒在裡面吃逾越節的晚餐。』主人會帶你們到樓上一間布置整齊的大房間，你們就在那裡準備吧。」兩個門徒出去，進了城，所遇見的果然和耶穌所說的一樣。他們預備了逾越節的晚餐。

全體會眾要把羊留到本月十四日，在黃昏時分宰殺，

門徒照耶穌的吩咐準備了逾越節的晚餐。

他們來到迦百農，有幾個收聖殿稅的來問彼得：「你們的老師不納聖殿稅嗎？」彼得說「納！」他進了屋，還沒開口，耶穌便問他：「西門，你有何看法？世上的君王向誰徵收賦稅？向自己的兒子呢，還是向外人呢？」

「一月十四日是耶和華的逾越節，十五日開始節慶，你們要連續七天吃無酵餅。

「你們要在亞筆月為你們的上帝耶和華守逾越節，因為祂在這個月的一個晚上帶領你們離開了埃及。你們要在你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所，把牛羊作為逾越節的祭牲獻給祂。吃祭牲的時候，不可吃有酵的餅，七天之內要吃無酵餅，即憶苦餅，以便你們一生謹記離開埃及的日子，因為當時你們離開得很倉促。那七天之內，你們境內不可有酵母。第一天傍晚獻的祭肉不可留到第二天早晨。

「一月十四日從黃昏開始是耶和華的逾越節。從一月十五日開始是耶和華的無酵節，一連七天你們必須吃無酵餅。

耶穌回答說：「你就這樣做吧！我們理當這樣遵行上帝一切的要求。」於是約翰答應了。

在節期的七天之內，你們只可以吃無酵餅，到了第七天，你們要為耶和華守節期。七天之內要吃無酵餅，你們境內不得有酵或是帶酵的東西。那時，要告訴你們的子孫，『這節期是紀念我們離開埃及時耶和華為我們所做的一切。』
