Aware of this, Jesus said to them,“ Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a beautiful thing to me.

But Jesus perceiving it said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

When Jesus understood[ it], he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

When Jesus learned of this, he said to them,“ Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a good service for me.

However, knowing this, Jesus said to them,“ Why do you trouble the woman? She has done a good work for me.

This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said,“ Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work.

Then He turned to the woman and said to Simon,“ Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head.You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss My feet since the time I came in.You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil.Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.”Then He said to her,“ Your sins are forgiven.”And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves,“ Who is this who even forgives sins?”Then He said to the woman,“ Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

well reported for good works: if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the saints’ feet, if she has relieved the afflicted, if she has diligently followed every good work.

who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

But Jesus said,“ Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for Me.

Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ.

They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent needs, that they may not be unfruitful.

that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;

I could wish that those who trouble you would even cut themselves off!

This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work.

Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work,

Will you speak wickedly for God, And talk deceitfully for Him?

From now on let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.
