彼亦將應之曰、主、我何時見爾飢、渴、旅、裸、病、及在獄、而不事爾乎、

“ Then they also will answer Him, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’

Then shall they also answer, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

“ Then they too will answer,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or without clothes, or sick, or in prison, and not help You?’

Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

Then they too will answer,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not give you whatever you needed?’

“ Then they will also answer, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’

扫罗答道：“我的确服从了耶和华的命令，照着耶和华的吩咐做了。我把亚玛力王亚甲带了回来，杀尽了其余的亚玛力人。士兵们却从本该毁灭的战利品中取了上好的牛羊，准备在吉甲奉献给你的上帝耶和华。”

你们说的话使耶和华厌烦，然而，你们还说：“我们在何事上令祂厌烦呢？”因为你们说：“耶和华将所有作恶者视为好人，并且喜悦他们”，还说：“公义的上帝在哪里？”

耶和华说：“你们出言毁谤我，还问，‘我们怎么毁谤你了？’

万军之耶和华对祭司说：“儿子应当尊敬父亲，仆人应当敬畏主人。我是你们的父亲，但你们对我的尊敬在哪里呢？我是你们的主人，但你们对我的敬畏在哪里呢？你们藐视我的名，却狡辩说，‘我们在何事上藐视过你的名呢？’

撒母耳到了扫罗那里后，扫罗说：“愿耶和华赐福给你，我已经遵守了耶和华的命令。”撒母耳说：“那么，我现在听见的牛羊叫声是从哪里来的？”扫罗答道：“这是众人从亚玛力人那里带回来的，他们留下了这些上好的牛羊要献给你的上帝耶和华，我们毁灭了其余的一切。”

律法教师想证明自己有理，就问：“那么，谁是我的邻居呢？”

“你怎能说，‘我没有玷污自己，也没有随从巴力’？看看你在山谷中干的勾当，想想你的所作所为。你是一只发情的母骆驼，烦躁不安，跑来跑去。

“得到一千银币的奴仆也上前说，‘主人，我知道你为人苛刻，没有播种的地方也要收割，没有撒种的地方也要收获。我很害怕，就去把你的钱藏在地里。请看，这是你的钱。’“主人说，‘你这又可恶又懒惰的奴仆！既然你知道我没有播种的地方也要收割，没有撒种的地方也要收获，就应该把钱存入钱庄，等我回来时，可以连本带利还给我。’

你们还说，‘我们是无辜的，耶和华不再向我们发怒。’看啊，我必审判你们，因为你们拒不认罪。

在审判那天，很多人会对我说，‘主啊，主啊，我们不是奉你的名传道，奉你的名赶鬼，奉你的名行了许多神迹吗？’
