And the King will answer them,‘ Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

“ The King will reply,‘ Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

“ The King will reply,‘ What I’m about to tell you is true. Anything you did for one of the least important of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

“ And the King will say,‘ I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

“ And the King will answer them,‘ Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

And the King will answer and say to them,‘ Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of Mine, you did it for Me.’

And the King will answer and say to them,‘ Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my brethren, even these least, ye did it unto me.

“ And the King will answer them,‘ I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done[ it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done[ it] unto me.

And the king will answer them,‘ I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.’

“ The King will answer them,‘ Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.

And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.”

Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him.

Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart,

For truly, I say to you, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ will by no means lose his reward.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.

“ Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me,but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

“ Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him,“ Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him,“ Feed my lambs.”He said to him a second time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He said to him,“ Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him,“ Tend my sheep.”He said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time,“ Do you love me?” and he said to him,“ Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him,“ Feed my sheep.

For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.

And falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him,“ Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”And he said,“ Who are you, Lord?” And he said,“ I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.

Now concerning brotherly love you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another,for that indeed is what you are doing to all the brothers throughout Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers, to do this more and more,

Then Jesus said to them,“ Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.”

But as you excel in everything— in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for you— see that you excel in this act of grace also.I say this not as a command, but to prove by the earnestness of others that your love also is genuine.For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.

For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died;and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

Then the King will say to those on his right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

And David said to him,“ Do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul your father, and you shall eat at my table always.”

“ See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.

When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother,“ Woman, behold, your son!”Then he said to the disciple,“ Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.

Jesus said to her,“ Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them,‘ I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”

And David said,“ Is there still anyone left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”

I, Paul, write this greeting with my own hand.If anyone has no love for the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord, come!

Do not put yourself forward in the king’s presence or stand in the place of the great,for it is better to be told,“ Come up here,” than to be put lower in the presence of a noble. What your eyes have seen

because we are members of his body.

For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

And looking about at those who sat around him, he said,“ Here are my mother and my brothers!For whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother.”

For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source. That is why he is not ashamed to call them brothers,saying,“ I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.”And again,“ I will put my trust in him.” And again,“ Behold, I and the children God has given me.”Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil,and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery.

And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said,“ Here are my mother and my brothers!For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
