那時義人必回答他說：「主啊，我們甚麼時候見你餓了供養你？或渴了給你喝？

义人就回答说：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了，给你吃，渴了，给你喝？

义人就回答：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了，给你吃；渴了，给你喝？

义人就回答：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了，给你吃；渴了，给你喝？

“那些义人会回答说，‘主啊！我们什么时候见你饿了就给你吃的？见你渴了就给你喝的？

义人就回答：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了就给你吃，渴了就给你喝呢？

“那时义人将回答说：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了就给你吃，见你渴了就给你喝呢？

義人就回答說：『主啊，我們甚麼時候見你餓了，給你吃，渴了，給你喝？

義人就回答：『主啊，我們甚麼時候見你餓了，給你吃；渴了，給你喝？

義人就回答：『主啊，我們甚麼時候見你餓了，給你吃；渴了，給你喝？

「那些義人會回答說，『主啊！我們什麼時候見你餓了就給你吃的？見你渴了就給你喝的？

義人就回答：‘主啊，我們甚麼時候見你餓了就給你吃，渴了就給你喝呢？

「那時義人將回答說：『主啊，我們什麼時候見你餓了就給你吃，見你渴了就給你喝呢？

義者將應之曰、主、我何時見爾飢而食爾、渴而飲爾、

義者將應之曰、主、何時見爾饑而食、渴而飲、

義者將應之曰、主、我何時見爾饑而食爾、渴而飲爾、

善者將曰「主乎、吾何曾見爾飢而食之、渴而飲之？

“ Then the righteous will answer him,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

“ Then the people who have done what is right will answer him.‘ Lord,’ they will ask,‘ when did we see you hungry and feed you? When did we see you thirsty and give you something to drink?

Then the righteous will answer him, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?

“ Then these righteous ones will reply,‘ Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?

“ Then the righteous will answer him,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

Then the righteous will answer Him,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?

“ Then the righteous will answer Him, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?

Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or athirst, and gave thee drink?

“ Then the righteous will answer Him,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?

Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed[ thee]? or thirsty, and gave[ thee] drink?

Then the righteous will answer him,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

“ Then the righteous will answer him, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink?

『但是你施捨的時候，不要讓你的左手知道你右手所作的，

你們年輕的、照樣要順服年長的。你們眾人、彼此相待、都要以謙卑為裝束；因為上帝敵擋狂傲的，賜恩給謙卑的人。所以你們要自己謙卑，服在上帝之大能手下，讓他在適當時候叫你們升高。

敬畏永恆主是智慧中的功課；要得尊榮、先要謙卑。

『我算甚麼，我的人民算甚麼，竟有力量能這樣甘心自願地奉獻呀？萬物都是從你而來的；我們只把從你手裏得來的獻與你罷了。

然而靠着上帝的恩，我成了我現在這樣的人；並且他所給我的恩也不見得是空的；不，我反而比他們眾人還勞苦呢；其實並不是我，乃是上帝的恩與我同在。

我們都像不潔淨的人，我們所有的義行都像染了經血的衣服；我們都像葉子漸漸凋殘；我們的罪孽像風、把我們帶走了。
