For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

Everyone who has will be given more. They will have more than enough. And what about anyone who doesn’t have? Even what they have will be taken away from them.

For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.

To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away.

我將謂我靈曰、靈乎、爾多財貨積為歷年之用、可安然飲食喜樂也、惟上帝謂之曰、無知者乎、今夜將索爾靈、則所備者誰歸、凡積財於己、而於上帝前不富者亦如是、○

凡在我之枝、而不實者、則去之、實則潔之、使實尤繁也、

又有乞者、名拉撒路、通體生瘍、置於富者之門、欲食富者几下遺屑、犬來舐其瘍、乞者死、天使扶至亞伯拉罕之懷、富者亦死而葬、陰間痛苦之際、舉目遙見亞伯拉罕、有拉撒路在其懷、遂呼曰、我祖亞伯拉罕乎、矜恤我、遣拉撒路以指尖蘸水涼我舌、蓋我在此火燄中苦甚、亞伯拉罕曰、子乎、當憶爾生時、受諸福、拉撒路受諸難、今彼慰、而爾苦焉、

僉曰、必殲滅此惡人、園租於他農、可依期納果也、

強奪己之帷幕、視如園中之亭、毀壞會集之所兮、所定節期與安息日、耶和華使之忘於郇兮、赫然震怒、輕視君王祭司兮、

耶穌又謂其徒曰、富人某、有一家宰、或以其耗主業訴於其主、主呼之曰、我聞言及爾者何耶、陳述爾職、蓋爾不得仍為家宰也、家宰意謂、主奪我職、我將何為乎、鋤無力、乞則恥、

故我屆期必收我穀、至時必取我酒、奪我羢麻、所用以蔽其裸體者、

若容其如是、眾將信之、羅馬人必至、奪我土地人民矣、

故當憶爾何自而隕、且改悔、行爾初行、否則我將至、遷爾檠離其所、

我語汝、以不義之財結友、致匱時、則彼接爾入永宅矣、忠於小者、亦忠於大、不義於小者、亦不義於大、若爾於不義之財不忠、孰以真者託爾耶、若爾於屬人者不忠、孰以屬爾者予爾耶、
