For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

Everyone who has will be given more. They will have more than enough. And what about anyone who doesn’t have? Even what they have will be taken away from them.

For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.

To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away.

他們說：‘主啊，他已經有一千銀幣了。’主人說：‘我告訴你們，凡是有的，還要給他；沒有的，就算他有甚麼也要拿去。

但是最需要的只有一件，馬利亞已經選擇了那上好的分，是不能從她奪去的。”

然後，我要對我的靈魂說：靈魂啊，你擁有許多好東西，足夠多年享用，只管安安逸逸地吃喝快樂吧！’神卻對他說：‘無知的人哪，今天晚上，你的靈魂必被取去，你所預備的要歸給誰呢？’凡為自己積財，在神面前卻不富足的，也是這樣。”

所有屬我而不結果子的枝子，他就剪去；所有結果子的，他就修剪乾淨，讓它結更多的果子。

又有一個乞丐，名叫拉撒路，滿身是瘡，被人放在財主門口，想得財主桌子上掉下來的零碎充飢；並且有狗來舔他的瘡。後來乞丐死了，被天使送到亞伯拉罕的懷裡。那財主也死了，並且埋葬了。財主在陰間受痛苦，舉目遠遠望見亞伯拉罕，和他懷裡的拉撒路，就喊著說：‘我祖亞伯拉罕啊，可憐我吧！打發拉撒路來用指頭蘸點水，涼涼我的舌頭吧！因為我在這火燄裡非常痛苦。’亞伯拉罕說：‘孩子，你應該回想你生前享過福，同樣拉撒路受過苦，現在他在這裡得安慰，你卻要受苦了。

他們回答：“他會毫不留情地除掉那些惡人，把葡萄園租給按時繳納果子的佃戶。”

他把自己的住所破壞，好像園子一樣；他毀壞了屬他的聚會之處。耶和華使節期和安息日都在錫安被忘記；他在他的盛怒中棄絕了君王和祭司。

耶穌又對門徒說：“有一個財主的管家，有人在他主人面前告他浪費主人的財物。主人把他叫來，對他說：‘我聽見關於你的是怎麼一回事呢？把你管理的帳目交代清楚，因為你不能再作管家了。’那管家心裡說：‘主人不要我再作管家了，我作甚麼才好呢？鋤地吧，沒有力氣！討飯吧，怕羞！

因此，到了收割的時候，到了出酒的季節，我必收回五穀和新酒；用來給她遮蔽裸體的羊毛和麻布，我也必奪回。

我們若讓他這樣，所有的人都會信他，羅馬人就會來，奪取我們的聖地，除滅我們的民族。”

所以，你應當回想你是從哪裡墜落的，並且要悔改，作起初所作的事。你若不悔改，我就要來到你那裡，把你的燈臺從原處移去。

我告訴你們，要用不義的錢財（“錢財”亞蘭文是“瑪門”）去結交朋友，好叫錢財無用的時候，他們可以接你們到永恆的帳棚裡。在最小的事上忠心的，在大事上也忠心；在最小的事上不義的，在大事上也不義。如果你們在不義的錢財上不忠心，誰還把真實的錢財託付給你們呢？如果你們在別人的東西上不忠心，誰還把你們自己的東西交給你們呢？
