And he also that had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou didst not sow, and gathering where thou didst not scatter;

Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

又其次至曰、主之十金在此、藏之巾中、蓋我畏爾、嚴人也、未置者取之、未播者穫之、主曰、惡哉僕也、即爾言、我擬爾、既知我嚴、未置者取之、未播者穫之、

斯世之人、宜聽我言、我眷佑以色列族、詎若幽曠之野、杳冥之域哉。何以我民放縱、不肯詣予。

長子曰、我事父有年、未嘗違命、父未嘗以羔賜我、俾得與友同樂、

凡稱我曰、主也主也者、未必盡入天國、惟遵我天父旨者入焉、

我則曰、爾何人、敢詰上帝耶、受造之物、豈能對造者云、何造我若此乎、

爾藉耶和華名、傳諭於我、我不聽從、我所欲者我必為之、昔我列祖、王公、在猶大諸邑、耶路撒冷逵衢焚香灌奠、奉事天后、當時咸得果腹、所遇亨通、不遘患難、我不焚香灌奠奉事天后、我則缺乏、又遇鋒刃饑饉而亡。

體欲之情者、不服上帝法、故逆上帝、蓋服法而不能焉、

惟爾屢言耶和華之几、已玷厥污、其饌菲薄、則瀆我名、萬有之主耶和華曰、爾曰、供饌徒勞、何益之有、遂以跛疾斷傷之牲、獻之為祭、我耶和華豈悅納爾哉、

彼曰、我已禁食、卑以自牧、爾不垂顧、其意何居、曰、爾雖禁食、乃縱私欲、威迫傭人。

我當暑、終日任勞、後至者、僅片時工作、乃使之與我等乎、

爾言我耶和華所行、不尚正直、以色列族宜聽我言、我所行者、惟秉大公、爾所為者、尚存偏頗。善人去善作惡、則必因其所為、置諸死地。如惡人悛改素行、孳孳為義、則可得生、因其思慮、悛改厥惡、則保其生、不就死地。以色列族常言、我耶和華所為、不尚正直、爾以色列族乎、我所行者、惟秉至公、爾所為者、不能無私。

其平日對上帝曰、我不悅爾道、勿親我、孰為全能之主、事之何為、求之何益。

爾何稱我、主也、主也、而不行我言乎、

爾常言曰、服事上帝、終屬徒勞、我心甚憂、順從萬有之主耶和華、守其法度、何益之有、我見驕者福祉駢臻、惡者昌盛無比、雖試上帝、亦得免於患難、
