又其次至、曰、主之一斤在此、我藏之於巾、蓋我畏爾嚴人也、未置者取之、未播者穫之、主謂之曰、惡哉僕也、我即由爾口判爾、爾既知我嚴、未置而取、未播而穫、

斯世之人歟、當明耶和華之言、我於以色列族、豈為幽曠之野、杳冥之域乎、我民奚曰、我已放縱、不復詣爾、

長子謂父曰、我事爾多年、從無違命、而爾未嘗賜我一羔、俾我與友同樂、

凡稱我曰、主也主也者、未必盡入天國、惟遵我父之旨者而已、

人乎、爾為誰、反詰上帝耶、受造之物、豈謂造之者云、爾何若是造我乎、

爾託耶和華名諭我之言、我不聽從、我必成我口所言、焚香灌奠於天后、循我及我祖、我王、我牧伯、在猶大諸邑、及耶路撒冷街衢所為、蓋其時我儕足食晏安、不遘災禍、自我不焚香灌奠於天后、則無不缺乏、亡於鋒刃饑饉、

蓋形軀之志、敵乎上帝、以其不服上帝律、且不能服也、

惟爾侮之、曰、耶和華之幾不潔、其上之食品、可藐視也、萬軍之耶和華曰、爾謂行此諸事、何其煩勞、遂輕慢之、耶和華曰、爾以所強奪者、及跛牲病牲、獻之為祭、我豈由爾手而納之乎、

彼曰、我禁食、爾不顧、我苦心、爾不知、何也、曰、爾禁食時、尚營己事、苛虐傭人、

我終日任勞當暑、後至者、僅工作片時、乃使之與我等耶、

惟爾曹云、主道不公、以色列家其聽之、我之道、豈非公乎、爾之道、豈非不公乎、義人轉離其義而行惡、因而致死、是因所行之惡而死、如惡人轉離所行之惡、循法合理、必保其生、因其思維、悛改所犯之罪、必得生存、不至死亡、以色列家猶云、主道不公、以色列家歟、我之道、豈非公乎、爾之道、豈非不公乎、

若輩對上帝曰、爾其去我、我不願知爾道、全能者誰、致我事之、祈之有何益乎、

爾胡為稱我主也、主也、而不行我所言乎、

爾曰、奉事上帝、乃徒然耳、我遵其命、於萬軍之耶和華前殷憂而行、何益之有、我儕則謂狂傲者有福、行惡者建立、試上帝而獲免、
