「主人對他說：『做得好，忠心的好奴僕！你在少許的事上忠心，我要委任你統管很多的事。進來分享你主人的快樂吧！』

主曰、俞、善而忠之僕也、爾於寡者既忠、我將以多者任爾、可進於爾主之樂也、

主曰：「俞、忠信之僕也？爾既忠於小事、將託爾以大事。其進而享乃主之樂。」

His Lord said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’

His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

“ His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful slave! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy!’

His lord said unto him, Well done,[ thou] good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

His master answered,‘ Well done, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful in a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’

“ His lord said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

Whoever is faithful in very little is also faithful in much, and whoever is unrighteous in very little is also unrighteous in much.

If anyone serves me, he must follow me. Where I am, there my servant also will be. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.

if we endure, we will also reign with him; if we deny him, he will also deny us;

“ To the one who conquers I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.

If I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come again and take you to myself, so that where I am you may be also.

so that the proven character of your faith— more valuable than gold which, though perishable, is refined by fire— may result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.Though you have not seen him, you love him; though not seeing him now, you believe in him, and you rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy,

“ Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they will see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the world’s foundation.

Don’t be afraid of what you are about to suffer. Look, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison to test you, and you will experience affliction for ten days. Be faithful to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.

“ Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?

Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

I am torn between the two. I long to depart and be with Christ— which is far better—

Hezekiah did this throughout all Judah. He did what was good and upright and true before the LORD his God.He was diligent in every deed that he began in the service of God’s temple, in the instruction and the commands, in order to seek his God, and he prospered.

For the Lamb who is at the center of the throne will shepherd them; he will guide them to springs of the waters of life, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

On the contrary, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart— by the Spirit, not the letter. That person’s praise is not from people but from God.

For you will not abandon me to Sheol; you will not allow your faithful one to see decay.You reveal the path of life to me; in your presence is abundant joy; at your right hand are eternal pleasures.

Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

“ And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

You are those who stood by me in my trials.I bestow on you a kingdom, just as my Father bestowed one on me,so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom. And you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

“ The one who welcomes you welcomes me, and the one who welcomes me welcomes him who sent me.Anyone who welcomes a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. And anyone who welcomes a righteous person because he’s righteous will receive a righteous person’s reward.And whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is a disciple, truly I tell you, he will never lose his reward.”

The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he will be my son.

Then the King will say to those on his right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by my Father; inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.“‘ For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in;I was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me; I was in prison and you visited me.’“ Then the righteous will answer him,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?When did we see you a stranger and take you in, or without clothes and clothe you?When did we see you sick, or in prison, and visit you?’“ And the King will answer them,‘ Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

The one who conquers and who keeps my works to the end: I will give him authority over the nations—and he will rule them with an iron scepter; he will shatter them like pottery—just as I have received this from my Father. I will also give him the morning star.

keeping our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy that lay before him, he endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

For it is not the one commending himself who is approved, but the one the Lord commends.

So don’t judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come to each one from God.

Therefore, whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to be pleasing to him.
