那領五千銀子的又帶着那另外的五千來，說：『主啊，你交給我五千銀子。請看，我又賺了五千。』

那領五千的又帶着另外的五千來，說：『主啊，你交給我五千。請看，我又賺了五千。』

得到五千銀幣的奴僕帶來了另外的五千，說，『主人，你交給我五千銀幣，請看，我又賺了五千。』

那領了三萬個銀幣的，帶著另外的三萬前來，說：‘主啊，你交了三萬給我，你看，我又賺了三萬。’

那領三萬的上前來，另外帶了三萬，說：「主啊，你交給我三萬；請看，我另外賺了三萬了。」

那領了五千兩銀子的，帶著另外的五千兩上前來，說：『主啊，你交託給我五千兩銀子，請看，我另外賺了五千兩。』

受五千者至、又攜五千曰、主付我五千、又獲五千矣、

受五千者至、又攜五千、曰、主予我五千、我獲五千、倍之矣、

受五他連得者至、又攜五他連得曰、主人、付我五他連得、我因之又獲五他連得、

受五千者、攜同贏餘五千以至、而白主曰：「吾主昔以五千金見託予茲又獲五千。」

The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’

The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying,‘ Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have earned five more talents.’

“ So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying,‘ Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’

And he that received the five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: lo, I have gained other five talents.

The man who had received five talents approached, presented five more talents, and said,‘ Master, you gave me five talents. Look, I’ve earned five more talents.’

He who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying,‘ Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Behold, I have gained another five talents in addition to them.’

But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

But someone will say,“ You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come.I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.

For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me.

The first came before him, saying,‘ Lord, your mina has made ten minas more.’And he said to him,‘ Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.’

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.
