But he answered and said,‘ Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

「新郎卻說，『我實在告訴你們，我不認識你們。』

新郎卻回答：‘我實在告訴你們，我不認識你們。’

「但是新郎回答說：『我確實地告訴你們：我不認識你們。』

曰、我誠語汝、吾不爾識也、

曰、我誠告爾、我不爾識也、

答曰、我誠告爾、我不識爾曹、

主應曰：「吾實語爾、予不爾識也。」

“ But he replied,‘ Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

“ But he replied,‘ What I’m about to tell you is true. I don’t know you.’

But he answered,‘ Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

“ But he called back,‘ Believe me, I don’t know you!’

“ He replied,‘ Truly I tell you, I don’t know you!’

But he answered,‘ Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’

But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

“ But he replied,‘ I assure you: I do not know you!’

But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

But he replied,‘ I tell you the truth, I do not know you!’

But he answered,‘ Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

then you will begin to say,‘ We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’But He will say,‘ I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out.They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God.And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.”

Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal:“ The Lord knows those who are His,” and,“ Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.

The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity.

But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him.

For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.

But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?

You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously, And hold Your tongue when the wicked devours A person more righteous than he?
