“ Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?

“究竟谁是那又忠心又聪明的奴仆——受主人委任统管他家里的人、按时给他们分粮的人呢？

「誰是忠心有見識的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裏的人，按時分糧給他們呢？

「那麼，誰是那忠心又精明的僕人，主人派他管理自己的家僕、按時分糧給他們的呢？

「那麼，誰是那忠心又精明的僕人，主人派他管理自己的家僕、按時分糧給他們的呢？

「誰是那個受主人委託管理家中大小僕役、按時分糧食給他們、又忠心又精明的奴僕呢？

“誰是忠心和精明的僕人，被主人指派管理全家，按時分派糧食的呢？

『那麼誰是可靠而精明的奴僕，主人所委派來管理他的家人，按時把食糧分給他們的呢？

「究竟誰是那又忠心又聰明的奴僕——受主人委任統管他家裡的人、按時給他們分糧的人呢？

孰為忠智之僕、主任之督其家人、依時予之糧乎、

孰是忠智之僕、主任之督其家人、依時而予糧乎、

孰是忠智之僕、家主所任以督其家人、按時而予其糧乎、

設有忠智之僕、受家主之託、督其家人、按時給食；

“ Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time?

“ Suppose a master puts one of his slaves in charge of the other slaves in his house. The slave’s job is to give them their food at the right time. The master wants a faithful and wise slave for this.

“ Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time?

“ A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom the master can give the responsibility of managing his other household servants and feeding them.

“ Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?

“ Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household slaves, to give them their food at the proper time?

Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath set over his household, to give them their food in due season?

“ Who then is a faithful and sensible slave, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

“ Who then is the faithful and wise slave, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the other slaves their food at the proper time?

“ Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his lord has set over his household, to give them their food in due season?

His Lord said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’

His Lord said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’

And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward,

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

Then Peter said to Him,“ Lord, do You speak this parable only to us, or to all people?”And the Lord said,“ Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.

Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.

And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry,

“ I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him,“ Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him,“ Feed My lambs.”He said to him again a second time,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him,“ Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him,“ Tend My sheep.”He said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time,“ Do you love Me?” And he said to Him,“ Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him,“ Feed My sheep.

for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’“ Then the righteous will answer Him, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’And the King will answer and say to them,‘ Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

“ Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:

And he said to him,‘ Well done, good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.’

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

“ Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able;

“ Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord GOD to the shepherds:“ Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own?

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

Then He said to them,“ Therefore every scribe instructed concerning the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure things new and old.”

The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed:Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly;nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;
