And as He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying,“ Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what[ shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

問耶穌曰、主、爾以國復以色列、即此時乎、耶穌曰、時與日、乃父以己權所定、非爾可知也、

耶穌於橄欖山對殿而坐、彼得、雅各、約翰、安得烈、竊問曰、請告我、何時有是、此諸事將成、有何兆乎、

近耶路撒冷、至伯法其於橄欖山、耶穌遣二門徒、

若然、則自創世以來必屢受苦矣、但今值季世、乃一顯著、獻己為祭、以除人罪、

其一問河上衣枲衣者曰、此奇異之事、何時始畢、我聞河上衣枲衣者、向天舉左右手、指永生者而誓曰、必歷一載二載半載、迨摧聖民之權已盡、則諸事畢焉、我聞而不悟、則曰、我主歟、此事之終局若何、

若家主知盜何更至、則必儆醒、不容穴其屋、此爾所知也、

人子之臨、有如挪亞之日、

播稗之敵、魔也、穫時、世末也、刈者、天使也、集稗而火之、世末亦然、

可由無花果樹取譬、其枝柔葉萌、則知夏近矣、如是、爾見此事、則知人子近已及門矣、

蓋電閃於東、而見於西、人子之臨亦然、

世末亦然、天使將出、於義者中以別惡者、

兄弟乎、言及時期、無庸書以示爾、蓋爾詳知主之日至、如夜間之盜、人方謂平康安固、滅亡突及之、如產難之及妊婦、而莫之避也、兄弟乎、爾非在暗中、致是日如盜襲爾、爾皆為屬光之人、屬晝之人、我儕不由於夜、或於暗也、勿如眾寢、宜儆醒節制、蓋寢者寢於夜、醉者醉於夜、但我儕既屬晝、則宜節制、以信與愛為胸鏡、以得救之望為兜鍪、上帝預定我儕、非致於怒、乃由我主耶穌基督而得救、彼為我死、使我或寤或寢、偕彼而生、故宜相勸慰、相建立、如爾所行、○

教之守我所命者、且我日偕爾至世末焉、

遂問耶穌曰、主、斯人將如何、耶穌曰、我若欲其待我來、於爾何涉、爾其從我、

眾問曰、夫子、何時有此、斯事將應之時、有何兆乎、

門徒私就耶穌曰、我儕不能逐之、何也、

人莫之知、及洪水至、盡沒之、人子之臨亦然、

時、耶穌離眾入室、其徒就之曰、田稗之喻、明以教我、

門徒就之曰、法利賽人聞斯言而慍、爾知之乎、

門徒就之曰、爾以喻語眾、何也、曰、天國之奧、予爾知之、不予他人也、
