And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and came unto Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,

else must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once at the end of the ages hath he been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my lord, what shall be the issue of these things?

But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken through.

And as were the days of Noah, so shall be the coming of the Son of man.

and the enemy that sowed them is the devil: and the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are angels.As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire; so shall it be in the end of the world.

Now from the fig tree learn her parable: when her branch is now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that the summer is nigh;even so ye also, when ye see all these things, know ye that he is nigh, even at the doors.

For as the lightning cometh forth from the east, and is seen even unto the west; so shall be the coming of the Son of man.

So shall it be in the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the righteous,

But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written unto you.For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.When they are saying, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in no wise escape.But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief:for ye are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness;so then let us not sleep, as do the rest, but let us watch and be sober.For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that are drunken are drunken in the night.But let us, since we are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.For God appointed us not unto wrath, but unto the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.Wherefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as also ye do.

teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

Peter therefore seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

And they asked him, saying, Teacher, when therefore shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when these things are about to come to pass?

Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast it out?

and they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall be the coming of the Son of man.

Then he left the multitudes, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Explain unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

Then came the disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, when they heard this saying?

And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?And he answered and said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
