此難之後、日將冥、月無光、星隕自天、天象震動、

患難之後、日晦冥、月無光、星隕自天、天象震動、

此時之難後、日即晦冥、月不發光、星隕自天、天象象或作勢震動、

大難甫平、日即晦冥、月失其明；眾星隕墜、天德動搖。

Indeed, the stars of the sky and its constellations will not give their light. The sun will be dark when it rises, and the moon will not shine.

Then I saw him open the sixth seal. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief; on that day the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, the elements will burn and be dissolved, and the earth and the works on it will be disclosed.

I will display wonders in the heavens and on the earth: blood, fire, and columns of smoke.The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes.

All the stars in the sky will dissolve. The sky will roll up like a scroll, and its stars will all wither as leaves wither on the vine, and foliage on the fig tree.

I will display wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below: blood and fire and a cloud of smoke.The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and glorious day of the Lord comes.

The earth quakes before them; the sky shakes. The sun and moon grow dark, and the stars cease their shining.

The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day was without light and also a third of the night.

“ Then there will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and there will be anguish on the earth among nations bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the waves.People will faint from fear and expectation of the things that are coming on the world, because the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

The great day of the LORD is near, near and rapidly approaching. Listen, the day of the LORD— then the warrior’s cry is bitter.That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of destruction and desolation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and total darkness,

“ I watched, then, because of the sound of the arrogant words the horn was speaking. As I continued watching, the beast was killed and its body destroyed and given over to the burning fire.As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was removed, but an extension of life was granted to them for a certain period of time.

Won’t the day of the LORD be darkness rather than light, even gloom without any brightness in it?

I looked at the earth, and it was formless and empty. I looked to the heavens, and their light was gone.I looked at the mountains, and they were quaking; all the hills shook.I looked, and there was no human being, and all the birds of the sky had fled.I looked, and the fertile field was a wilderness. All its cities were torn down because of the LORD and his burning anger.For this is what the LORD says:“ The whole land will be a desolation, but I will not finish it off.Because of this, the earth will mourn; the skies above will grow dark. I have spoken; I have planned, and I will not relent or turn back from it.”

“‘ When I snuff you out, I will cover the heavens and darken their stars. I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon will not give its light.I will darken all the shining lights in the heavens over you, and will bring darkness on your land. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.

For at that time there will be great distress, the kind that hasn’t taken place from the beginning of the world until now and never will again.

All these events are the beginning of labor pains.
