「經文士和法利賽人哪，你們這些偽善的人有禍了！因為你們為了使一個人入教，走遍海洋和陸地，一旦那人成了教徒，你們就使他成為比你們加倍壞的地獄之子。

“你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了！因为你们走遍洋海陆地，勾引一个人入教，既入了教，却使他作地狱之子，比你们还加倍。

“你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了！因为你们走遍海洋陆地，说服一个人入教，既入了教，却使他成为比你们加倍坏的地狱之子。

“你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了！因为你们走遍海洋陆地，说服一个人入教，既入了教，却使他成为比你们加倍坏的地狱之子。

“虚伪的律法教师和法利赛人啊，你们有祸了！因为你们走遍海洋和陆地去引人入教，等人入了教，却使他沦为地狱之子，比你们还坏一倍。

“虚伪的经学家和法利赛人哪，你们有祸了！你们走遍海洋陆地，要使一个人入教；当他入了教，你们却使他沦为地狱之子，比你们更甚。

“虛偽的經學家和法利賽人哪，你們有禍了！你們走遍海洋陸地，要使一個人入教；當他入了教，你們卻使他淪為地獄之子，比你們更甚。

經學士和法利賽人、假冒為善的人哪，你們有禍啊！因為你們周遊了洋海旱地，使一個人成了歸依人，既歸依了，你們又使他做該入地獄的人，比你們還加倍！

禍哉、爾偽善之士子、與法利賽人乎、以爾周行水陸、使一人進教、既進矣、乃使為地獄之人、較倍於爾也、○

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、以爾周行水陸、使一人進教、既進、又使為地獄之人、較倍於爾也、

禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾周行水陸、導一人進教、及進教、使之為磯很拿之人、較倍於爾也、

哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也、蓋爾周行海陸、招人入教、既入、則引之為地獄子、較爾猶惡。

“ Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when you have succeeded, you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.

散會以後，許多猶太人和入猶太教的敬神之人，跟從了保羅和巴拿巴。他們兩個人與這些人談論，勸導他們繼續留在神的恩典中。

但是我告訴你們：所有向他弟兄發怒的，當遭受審判；罵他弟兄『廢物』的，當遭受議會的審判；罵『蠢貨』的，當遭受烈火的地獄。

我們從前也都生活在他們中間，生活在自己肉體的欲望裡，行肉體和意念所願的事。我們正如其他人，生來也是震怒之下的兒女。

但那些不肯信從的猶太人慫恿外邦人，使他們心裡敵視弟兄們。

說：「哦，你這個充滿一切詭詐、一切奸惡的人哪！魔鬼的兒子，一切公義的仇敵！你歪曲主的正道，還不停止嗎？

那些人對你們熱心，並不是出於好意，而是想要離間你們，好讓你們對他們熱心。

那些想在肉體上體面的，他們才強求你們受割禮，他們只是要避免為基督的十字架受逼迫。

弗里吉亞和潘菲利亞、埃及和靠近古利奈的利比亞地區的人；還有從羅馬來的旅客，

但有些猶太人從安提阿和以哥念來到，挑唆眾人，用石頭砸了保羅。他們以為他已經死了，就把他拖到城外。

但那些不肯信從的猶太人嫉妒了，就招聚一些市井無賴，成群結夥，擾亂城市。他們闖進耶森的家，搜尋保羅和賽拉斯，要把他們帶到民眾那裡。可是找不到他們，就把耶森和幾位弟兄拉到地方官們那裡，喊叫說：「這些攪亂天下的，也來到這裡，

你們屬於你們的父——魔鬼，並且想要隨你們父的欲望去做。他從起初就是殺人的，不站在真理之中，因為他裡面沒有真理。他說虛假之事是出於自己的本性，因為他本來就是個說謊者，並且是說謊者之父。

可是當帖撒羅尼迦的猶太人知道保羅又在庇里亞城傳揚神的話語時，就來到那裡煽動、攪擾民眾。

在各個省、各個城市，在王令和他的法令所傳到的地方，猶太人都有了歡喜、快樂，有了宴席和慶祝的日子。那地的民眾中有許多人，因為懼怕猶太人，就自稱是猶太人。

這話使全體會眾都喜悅，於是選出了司提反——他是一個充滿信仰和聖靈的人，還有腓利、普羅克羅、尼卡諾、提門、帕米納，以及入猶太教的安提阿人尼古拉斯。

如果你的右眼使你絆倒，就把它剜出來丟掉！因為對你來說，失去你身體的一部分，總比你全身被丟進地獄要好。
