“你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了！因为你们走遍洋海陆地，勾引一个人入教，既入了教，却使他作地狱之子，比你们还加倍。

經學士和法利賽人、假冒為善的人哪，你們有禍啊！因為你們周遊了洋海旱地，使一個人成了歸依人，既歸依了，你們又使他做該入地獄的人，比你們還加倍！

禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾周行水陸、導一人進教、及進教、使之為磯很拿之人、較倍於爾也、

哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也、蓋爾周行海陸、招人入教、既入、則引之為地獄子、較爾猶惡。

散会以后，许多犹太人和入犹太教的敬神之人，跟从了保罗和巴拿巴。他们两个人与这些人谈论，劝导他们继续留在神的恩典中。

但是我告诉你们：所有向他弟兄发怒的，当遭受审判；骂他弟兄‘废物’的，当遭受议会的审判；骂‘蠢货’的，当遭受烈火的地狱。

我们从前也都生活在他们中间，生活在自己肉体的欲望里，行肉体和意念所愿的事。我们正如其他人，生来也是震怒之下的儿女。

但那些不肯信从的犹太人怂恿外邦人，使他们心里敌视弟兄们。

说：“哦，你这个充满一切诡诈、一切奸恶的人哪！魔鬼的儿子，一切公义的仇敌！你歪曲主的正道，还不停止吗？

那些人对你们热心，并不是出于好意，而是想要离间你们，好让你们对他们热心。

那些想在肉体上体面的，他们才强求你们受割礼，他们只是要避免为基督的十字架受逼迫。

弗里吉亚和潘菲利亚、埃及和靠近古利奈的利比亚地区的人；还有从罗马来的旅客，

但有些犹太人从安提阿和以哥念来到，挑唆众人，用石头砸了保罗。他们以为他已经死了，就把他拖到城外。

但那些不肯信从的犹太人嫉妒了，就招聚一些市井无赖，成群结伙，扰乱城市。他们闯进耶森的家，搜寻保罗和赛拉斯，要把他们带到民众那里。可是找不到他们，就把耶森和几位弟兄拉到地方官们那里，喊叫说：“这些搅乱天下的，也来到这里，

你们属于你们的父——魔鬼，并且想要随你们父的欲望去做。他从起初就是杀人的，不站在真理之中，因为他里面没有真理。他说虚假之事是出于自己的本性，因为他本来就是个说谎者，并且是说谎者之父。

可是当帖撒罗尼迦的犹太人知道保罗又在庇里亚城传扬神的话语时，就来到那里煽动、搅扰民众。

在各个省、各个城市，在王令和他的法令所传到的地方，犹太人都有了欢喜、快乐，有了宴席和庆祝的日子。那地的民众中有许多人，因为惧怕犹太人，就自称是犹太人。

这话使全体会众都喜悦，于是选出了司提反——他是一个充满信仰和圣灵的人，还有腓利、普罗克罗、尼卡诺、提门、帕米纳，以及入犹太教的安提阿人尼古拉斯。

如果你的右眼使你绊倒，就把它剜出来丢掉！因为对你来说，失去你身体的一部分，总比你全身被丢进地狱要好。
