He asked,‘ How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

就对他说：‘朋友，你到这里来怎么不穿礼服呢？’那人无言可答。

就问他，‘朋友，你来这里怎么不穿婚宴的礼服呢？’那人无言以对。

就对他说：‘朋友，你没有婚筵的礼服，怎能进到这里来呢？’他就无话可说。

就对他说：‘朋友，你进到这里来怎么没有穿婚宴的礼服呢？’那个人哑口无言。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

就問他，『朋友，你來這裡怎麼不穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那人無言以對。

就對他說：‘朋友，你沒有婚筵的禮服，怎能進到這裡來呢？’他就無話可說。

就對他說：「同伴哪，你沒有婚筵禮服，怎麼進這裏來呢？」那人閉口無言。

就對他說：『朋友，你進到這裡來怎麼沒有穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那個人啞口無言。

謂之曰、友乎、不衣禮服、胡為乎來、其人默然、

客不衣禮服、胡為乎來、賓默然、

語之曰、友乎、爾不衣禮服何至此乎、其人默然、

謂之曰：「友、無禮服安得入此？」其人默然。

‘ Friend,’ he asked,‘ how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man couldn’t think of anything to say.

And he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

‘ Friend,’ he asked,‘ how is it that you are here without wedding clothes?’ But the man had no reply.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.

and he* said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding- garment? And he was speechless.

So he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.

And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

And he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ But he had nothing to say.

and he said to him,‘ Friend, how did you come in here not wearing wedding clothing?’ He was speechless.

Jesus replied,“ Do what you came for, friend.” Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested him.

“ But he answered one of them,‘ I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius?

For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

The upright see and rejoice, but all the wicked shut their mouths.

“ How can you say,‘ I am not defiled; I have not run after the Baals’? See how you behaved in the valley; consider what you have done. You are a swift she-camel running here and there,

With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.Then Peter said,“ Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened.Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.Peter asked her,“ Tell me, is this the price you and Ananias got for the land?”“ Yes,” she said,“ that is the price.”Peter said to her,“ How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband.Great fear seized the whole church and all who heard about these events.

He will guard the feet of his faithful servants, but the wicked will be silenced in the place of darkness.“ It is not by strength that one prevails;

You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self- condemned.

So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts its mouth.

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.

“ As a thief is disgraced when he is caught, so the people of Israel are disgraced— they, their kings and their officials, their priests and their prophets.

Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

Peter answered:“ May your money perish with you, because you thought you could buy the gift of God with money!You have no part or share in this ministry, because your heart is not right before God.Repent of this wickedness and pray to the Lord in the hope that he may forgive you for having such a thought in your heart.For I see that you are full of bitterness and captive to sin.”
