Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:‘ The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

耶稣说：“‘工匠丢弃的石头已成了房角石。这是主的作为，在我们看来奇妙莫测。’你们难道没有读过这段经文吗？

耶稣对他们说：“经上记着：‘建筑工人所弃的石头，成了房角的主要石头；这是主所作的，在我们眼中看为希奇。’这话你们没有念过吗？

耶稣对他们说：“难道你们从来没有读过这段经文吗？‘工匠所弃绝的石头，它已经成了房角的头块石头；这是主所成就的，在我们眼中实在奇妙！’

耶穌說：「『工匠丟棄的石頭已成了房角石。這是主的作為，在我們看來奇妙莫測。』你們難道沒有讀過這段經文嗎？

耶穌對他們說：“經上記著：‘建築工人所棄的石頭，成了房角的主要石頭；這是主所作的，在我們眼中看為希奇。’這話你們沒有念過嗎？

耶穌對他們說：『「匠人所丟棄的這塊石頭，已成了房角石的頭一塊。這事由主作成，我們竟看為希奇！」你們在經上從沒誦讀過麼？

耶穌對他們說：「難道你們從來沒有讀過這段經文嗎？『工匠所棄絕的石頭，它已經成了房角的頭塊石頭；這是主所成就的，在我們眼中實在奇妙！』

耶穌曰、經云、工師所棄之石、成為屋隅首石、此主所為者、我目而奇之、爾未讀乎、

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:“‘ The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes’

Jesus said to them,“ Haven’t you ever read what the Scriptures say,“‘ The stone the builders didn’t accept has become the most important stone of all. The Lord has done it. It is wonderful in our eyes’?( Psalm 118:22, 23)

Then Jesus asked them,“ Didn’t you ever read this in the Scriptures?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is wonderful to see.’

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is what the Lord has done and it is wonderful in our eyes?

Jesus* said to them,“ Did you never read in the Scriptures,‘ A stone which the builders rejected, This has become the chief cornerstone; This came about from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone.This was the LORD’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:“ Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation, A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily.

This is the‘ stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’

Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture,“ Behold, I lay in Zion A chief cornerstone, elect, precious, And he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.”Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient,“ The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone,”and“ A stone of stumbling And a rock of offense.” They stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which they also were appointed.

As it is written:“ Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense, And whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,

Then He looked at them and said,“ What then is this that is written:‘ The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone’?Whoever falls on that stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

Have you not even read this Scripture:‘ The stone which the builders rejectedHas become the chief cornerstone.This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?”

Beware therefore, lest what has been spoken in the prophets come upon you:‘ Behold, you despisers, Marvel and perish! For I work a work in your days, A work which you will by no means believe, Though one were to declare it to you.’”

how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery( as I have briefly written already,by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ),which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power.To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;

“ Look among the nations and watch— Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days Which you would not believe, though it were told you.
