saying to them,“ Go to the village ahead of you, and at once you will find a donkey tied there, with her colt by her. Untie them and bring them to me.

對他們說：“你們往對面的村子裡去，一進去，就會看見一頭小驢拴在那裡，是沒有人騎過的，把牠解開牽來。如果有人問你們：‘為甚麼這樣作？’你們就說：‘主需要牠，並且很快會送還到這裡來。’”

他母親告訴僕人說：“他吩咐你們甚麼，就作甚麼。”在那裡有六口石缸，每口可盛兩三桶水，是為猶太人行潔淨禮用的。耶穌吩咐僕人：“把缸都倒滿水！”他們就倒滿了，直到缸口。耶穌又吩咐他們：“現在舀出來，送給筵席的總管！”他們就送去了。

他就差派兩個門徒，對他們說：“你們到城裡去，必有一個拿著水瓶的人，向你們迎面而來，你們就跟著他，無論他進入哪一家，你們要對那家主說，老師說：‘我的客廳在哪裡？我和門徒好在那裡吃逾越節的晚餐。’他必指給你們樓上一間布置整齊、預備妥當的大房間，你們就在那裡為我們預備。”門徒出去，進了城，所遇見的正如耶穌所說的，就預備好了逾越節的晚餐。

說：“你們往對面的村子裡去，走進去的時候，就會看見一頭從來沒有人騎過的小驢，拴在那裡，把牠解開牽來。如果有人問為甚麼解開牠，你們要這樣說：‘主需要牠。’”被差的人去了，發現和主所說的一樣。

他說：“你們到城裡去見某人，對他說，老師說：‘我的時候快到了；我要到你那裡和我的門徒守逾越節。’”
