“不可欺压你的邻舍，也不可偷盗。雇工的工钱不可在你那里过夜，留到早晨。

要当日给他工钱，不可等到日落，因为他困苦，需要靠工钱过活，免得他因你的缘故求告耶和华，罪就归于你了。

他们就挨近约瑟的管家，在屋子门口和他说话，

监督既然是神的管家，必须无可指责、不自负、不暴躁、不酗酒、不好斗、不贪财；

我又看见一个白色的大宝座和那坐在上面的；天和地都从他面前逃避，再也找不到它们的位置了。我又看见死了的人，无论大小，都站在宝座前。案卷都展开了，并另有一卷展开，就是生命册。死了的人都凭着这些案卷所记载的，照他们所行的受审判。

他要照各人的行为报应各人。凡恒心行善，寻求荣耀、尊贵和不能朽坏的，就有永生报偿他们；但是那些自私自利、不顺从真理、反顺从不义的人，就有恼恨、愤怒报应他们。他要把患难、困苦加给一切作恶的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人；却把荣耀、尊贵、平安加给一切行善的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人。

撒杂草的仇敌就是魔鬼，收割的时候就是世代的终结，收割的人就是天使。正如把杂草拔出来用火焚烧，世代的终结也要如此。

“当人子在他荣耀里，同着众天使来临的时候，要坐在他荣耀的宝座上。

因为我们众人必须站在基督审判台前受审，为使各人按着本身所行的，或善或恶受报。

主说：“那么，谁是那忠心又精明的管家，主人要派他管理自己的家仆，按时定量分粮给他们的呢？

同样，基督既然一次献上，担当了许多人的罪，将来要第二次显现，与罪无关，而是为了拯救热切等候他的人。

你们要住在那家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人得工钱是应当的；不要从这家搬到那家。

又有希律的管家苦撒的妻子约亚拿，和苏撒拿以及好些别的妇女，她们都是用自己的财物供给耶稣和使徒。

耶稣又对门徒说：“某财主有一个管家，有人向主人告管家浪费他的财物。主人叫他来，对他说：‘我听到了，你做的是什么事？把你所经管的交代清楚，你不能再作我的管家了。’

亚伯兰说：“主耶和华啊，我还没有儿子，你能赐我什么呢？承受我家业的是大马士革人以利以谢。”

人应该把我们看为基督的执事，为神的奥秘的管家。所求于管家的，是要他忠心。

约瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，主人派他管理家务，把一切所有的都交在他手里。自从主人派约瑟管理家务和他一切所有的，耶和华就因约瑟的缘故赐福给那埃及人的家；凡家里和田间一切所有的，都蒙耶和华赐福。波提乏把他一切所有的都交在约瑟手中，除了自己所吃的食物，其他的事一概不知。约瑟英俊健美。

过了许久，那些仆人的主人来了，和他们算账。

人人要照自己所得的恩赐彼此服事，作神各种恩赐的好管家。
