「不可欺壓你的鄰舍，也不可搶奪他的物。雇工人的工價，不可在你那裏過夜，留到早晨。

要當日給他工價，不可等到日落－因為他窮苦，把心放在工價上－恐怕他因你求告耶和華，罪便歸你了。

他們就挨近約瑟的家宰，在屋門口和他說話，

監督既是神的管家，必須無可指責，不任性，不暴躁，不因酒滋事，不打人，不貪無義之財；

我又看見一個白色的大寶座與坐在上面的；從他面前天地都逃避，再無可見之處了。我又看見死了的人，無論大小，都站在寶座前。案卷展開了，並且另有一卷展開，就是生命冊。死了的人都憑着這些案卷所記載的，照他們所行的受審判。

他必照各人的行為報應各人。凡恆心行善、尋求榮耀、尊貴和不能朽壞之福的，就以永生報應他們；惟有結黨、不順從真理、反順從不義的，就以忿怒、惱恨報應他們；將患難、困苦加給一切作惡的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人，卻將榮耀、尊貴、平安加給一切行善的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

撒稗子的仇敵就是魔鬼；收割的時候就是世界的末了；收割的人就是天使。將稗子薅出來用火焚燒，世界的末了也要如此。

「當人子在他榮耀裏、同着眾天使降臨的時候，要坐在他榮耀的寶座上。

因為我們眾人必要在基督臺前顯露出來，叫各人按着本身所行的，或善或惡受報。

主說：「誰是那忠心有見識的管家，主人派他管理家裏的人，按時分糧給他們呢？

像這樣，基督既然一次被獻，擔當了多人的罪，將來要向那等候他的人第二次顯現，並與罪無關，乃是為拯救他們。

你們要住在那家，吃喝他們所供給的，因為工人得工價是應當的；不要從這家搬到那家。

又有希律的家宰苦撒的妻子約亞拿，並蘇撒拿，和好些別的婦女，都是用自己的財物供給耶穌和門徒。

耶穌又對門徒說：「有一個財主的管家，別人向他主人告他浪費主人的財物。主人叫他來，對他說：『我聽見你這事怎麼樣呢？把你所經管的交代明白，因你不能再作我的管家。』

亞伯蘭說：「主耶和華啊，我既無子，你還賜我甚麼呢？並且要承受我家業的是大馬士革人以利以謝。」

人應當以我們為基督的執事，為神奧祕事的管家。所求於管家的，是要他有忠心。

約瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，並且主人派他管理家務，把一切所有的都交在他手裏。自從主人派約瑟管理家務和他一切所有的，耶和華就因約瑟的緣故賜福與那埃及人的家；凡家裏和田間一切所有的都蒙耶和華賜福。波提乏將一切所有的都交在約瑟的手中，除了自己所吃的飯，別的事一概不知。約瑟原來秀雅俊美。

過了許久，那些僕人的主人來了，和他們算帳。

各人要照所得的恩賜彼此服事，作神百般恩賜的好管家。
