“不可欺壓你的鄰舍，也不可搶奪他的東西；雇工的工錢，不可扣留在你那裡到早晨。

你要當日給他工錢，不可等到日落，因為他貧窮，把心放在工錢上，免得他對你不滿而呼求耶和華，你就有罪了。

他們於是走近約瑟的管家，在屋門口與他說話。

因為監督是神的管家，所以必須無可指摘、不任性、不隨便動怒、不好酒、不打人、不貪不義之財；

我又看見一個白色的大寶座，和坐在上面的那位。天地都從他面前逃避，再也看不見了。我又看見死了的人，無論大小，都站在寶座前。案卷都展開了，還有另一卷，就是生命冊，也展開了。死了的人都憑著這些案卷所記載的，照著他們所行的受審判。

神必照各人所作的報應各人：以永生報答那些耐心行善、尋求榮耀尊貴和不朽的人，卻以震怒和憤恨報應那些自私自利、不順從真理而順從不義的人；把患難和愁苦加給所有作惡的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人，卻把榮耀、尊貴與平安賜給所有行善的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

撒稗子的仇敵是魔鬼，收割的時候是這世代的終結，收割的工人是天使。稗子怎樣被拔掉用火焚燒，在這世代終結的時候，也是一樣。

“當人子在他的榮耀裡，帶著所有的使者降臨的時候，他要坐在榮耀的寶座上。

因為我們眾人都必須在基督的審判臺前顯露出來，使各人按著本身所行的，或善或惡，受到報應。

主說：“誰是那忠心精明的管家，被主人指派管理家裡的僕人，按時分糧呢？

照樣，基督為了擔當許多人的罪，也曾經一次把自己獻上；將來他還要再一次顯現，不是為擔當罪，而是要向那些熱切期待他的人成全救恩。

你們要住在那家，吃喝他們所供給的，因為作工的理當得工資；不必從這家搬到那家。

有希律的管家古撒的妻子約亞拿，又有蘇珊娜，和許多別的婦女，她們都用自己的財物供給耶穌和門徒。

耶穌又對門徒說：“有一個財主的管家，有人在他主人面前告他浪費主人的財物。主人把他叫來，對他說：‘我聽見關於你的是怎麼一回事呢？把你管理的帳目交代清楚，因為你不能再作管家了。’

亞伯蘭說：“主耶和華啊，我一向都沒有孩子，你還能賜給我甚麼呢？這樣，承受我家業的，就是大馬士革人以利以謝了。”

這樣，人應該把我們看作基督的僕人，神奧祕的事的管家。對於管家的要求，就是要他忠心。

約瑟就得主人的歡心，服事他的主人。他主人指派他管理他的家，把自己所有的一切都交在他手裡。自從主人指派約瑟管理他的家，和他所有的一切，耶和華就因約瑟的緣故，賜福給那埃及人的家。他家裡和田間所有的一切，都蒙耶和華賜福。波提乏把自己所有的一切，都交在約瑟的手裡。除了自己所吃的飯以外，其他的事他一概不管。約瑟生來體格壯健，容貌俊美。

過了很久，那些僕人的主人回來了，要和他們算帳。

你們要作神各樣恩賜的好管家，各人照著所領受的恩賜彼此服事。
