who will render to every man according to his works:to them that by patience in well- doing seek for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life:but unto them that are factious, and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, shall be wrath and indignation,tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that worketh evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;but glory and honor and peace to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek:

and the enemy that sowed them is the devil: and the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are angels.As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire; so shall it be in the end of the world.

But when the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit on the throne of his glory:

For we must all be made manifest before the judgment- seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

And the Lord said, Who then is the faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall set over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?

so Christ also, having been once offered to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time, apart from sin, to them that wait for him, unto salvation.

And in that same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the laborer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

Let a man so account of us, as of ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.Here, moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

And Joseph found favor in his sight, and he ministered unto him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand.And it came to pass from the time that he made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that Jehovah blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of Jehovah was upon all that he had, in the house and in the field.And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand; and he knew not aught that was with him, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was comely, and well- favored.

Now after a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and maketh a reckoning with them.

according as each hath received a gift, ministering it among yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God;
