爾意基督若何、係誰之裔乎、

前後眾庶呼曰、大衛之裔、啝𠾎哪、奉主名而來者、宜頌也、高高在上歟、啝𠾎哪、

爾曹聾者宜聽、盲者宜視而明、

時、有攜患鬼之瞽而瘖者來、耶穌醫之、瘖者言且見、眾駭曰、此大衛之裔乎、

彼為先知、且知上帝曾以誓許之、將由其裔中立一人居其位、

主之神偕我矣、蓋彼膏我、以宣福音於貧者、遣我宣告、虜者得釋、瞽者得明、受挫折者得自由、

循牆如瞽者、徧捫如盲人、日中顚趾、無異昏暮、在於健者之間、有若死人、

主耶和華之神臨我、蓋耶和華膏我、俾傳嘉音於謙卑者、遣我醫傷心者、宣自由於俘虜、告開釋於繫囚、布告耶和華悅納之年、及我上帝復仇之日、慰藉憂民、

時耶穌醫諸疾病痛苦、及患惡鬼者、且多賜瞽者得明、

有迦南婦出境、呼曰、主、大衛之裔、矜恤我、我女患鬼苦甚、

維時、瞽者目啟、聾者耳通、跛者如鹿踴躍、瘖者鼓舌謳歌、有水湧於曠野、有河流於沙漠、

惟彼瞽者、我必攜之於不識之途、導之於不識之徑、在彼之前、使暗為光、使曲為直、我將行此、而不之棄、

耶穌行時、見有生而瞽者、門徒問曰、夫子、斯人生而瞽、誰獲罪歟、斯人乎、抑其父母乎、耶穌曰、非斯人獲罪、亦非其父母、惟於彼以顯上帝作為耳、時尚晝、我儕必行遣我者之行、夜至、則無人能行矣、我在世、乃世之光、言竟、則唾於地、以唾和泥、敷瞽者之目、謂之曰、往洗於西羅亞池、西羅亞譯即奉遣也、其人往洗之、得見而反、鄰人與素見其為乞者曰、此非坐而乞者乎、或曰然、或曰否、似之耳、其人曰、我是也、眾曰、爾目何以啟、曰、有耶穌者、和泥塗我目、令我往洗於西羅亞池、我往洗之、即明矣、眾曰、其人安在、曰、不知也、○

耶穌由此而往、有二瞽者從之、呼曰、大衛之裔矜恤我、入室、瞽者就之、耶穌曰、爾信我能為此乎、對曰、主、然、乃捫其目曰、如爾信成之、其目即啟、耶穌嚴戒之曰、慎勿令人知之、二人出、徧揚其名於斯地、○

矇瞶者、耶和華明之、屈抑者、耶和華起之、為義者、耶和華愛之兮、

乃謂其子、依形軀言、自大衛之裔而生、依維聖之神言、因自死復生、以權能證為上帝子、即我主耶穌基督、

有瞽者、跛者、就耶穌於殿、遂醫之、

是日也、聾者得聞書言、瞶者之目、自幽暗晦冥而得見、
