耶穌曰、我所飲之杯、爾將飲之、我所受之洗、爾將受之、但坐我左我右、非我可賜、我父為誰而備、則賜誰也、

耶稣说：“我所喝的杯，你们必要喝；只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的，乃是我父为谁预备的，就赐给谁。”

耶稣说：“我所喝的杯，你们要喝。可是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的，而是我父为谁预备就赐给谁。”

耶稣说：“我所喝的杯，你们要喝。可是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的，而是我父为谁预备就赐给谁。”

耶稣对他们说：“我要喝的那一杯，你们也要喝。不过谁坐在我的左右不是我来定，而是我父为谁预备的，就让谁坐。”

他对他们说：“我的杯你们固然要喝，只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的；我父预备赐给谁，就赐给谁。”

耶稣对他们说：“我的杯你们固然要喝，但坐在我的右边或左边，不是我所赐的，而是我父已经预备给谁，就赐给谁。”

曰我之杯、爾必飲之、但坐我左右、非我得予、我父為誰備之、則誰予、

曰、我飲之杯、爾將飲之、我受之洗、爾將受之、但坐我左右、非我得與、惟與夫我父備位以待之者、○

曰：『我飲之爵、爾必飲之；至坐我左右、非我能賜、惟賜於吾父預為之備者。』

Jesus said to them,“ You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.”

Jesus said to them,“ You will certainly drink from my cup. But it is not for me to say who will sit at my right or left hand. These places belong to those my Father has prepared them for.”

He said to them,“ You will drink my cup, but to sit at my right hand and at my left is not mine to grant, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

Jesus told them,“ You will indeed drink from my bitter cup. But I have no right to say who will sit on my right or my left. My Father has prepared those places for the ones he has chosen.”

He told them,“ You will indeed drink my cup, but to sit at my right and left is not mine to give; instead, it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

He* said to them,“ My cup you shall drink; but to sit at My right and at My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by My Father.”

So He said to them,“ You will indeed drink My cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.”

He saith unto them, My cup indeed ye shall drink: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left hand, is not mine to give; but it is for them for whom it hath been prepared of my Father.

He told them,“ You will indeed drink My cup. But to sit at My right and left is not Mine to give; instead, it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by My Father.”

And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but[ it shall be given to them] for whom it is prepared of my Father.

He told them,“ You will drink my cup, but to sit at my right and at my left is not mine to give. Rather, it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

He said to them,“ You will indeed drink my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with, but to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it is for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

我約翰為爾兄弟、與爾為耶穌基督同受患難、同在其國、同為彼而忍耐、為天主道及耶穌基督之證、在拔摩海島、在拔摩海島或作見放於拔摩海島

以刀殺約翰之兄雅各、

但坐我左我右、非我可賜、乃為誰備、則賜誰也、

王謂在右者曰、爾曹蒙我父寵者、可來承受承受原文作嗣創世以來為爾所備之國、

如經載云、天主為愛之者所備之事、目未見、耳未聞、人心亦未念及也、

既為子則為嗣、即天主之嗣、與基督同為嗣、我儕若與之同苦、亦必與之同榮、○

有一言可信者、我儕若與基督同死、亦必與基督同生、若同受難、亦必同王、我若不認彼、彼必不認我、

然彼等慕更美之家鄉、即在天者、故天主自稱為彼之天主不以為恥、而為之備邑、

今我緣爾受苦、反以為喜、且為基督之身、即教會、在我身補基督未受盡之患難、

我為爾曹、確然有望、因知爾同受苦、亦必同受慰、○
